Order and delivery went smoothly, but the billing process and customer support were very disappointing.
The website does not clearly indicate that it serves international customers, and several billing fields are misleading. For example, the EU VAT/intra-Community VAT number is labeled simply as “VAT code,” while the option for companies registered for intra-Community VAT is translated as “VAT not registered.”
I noticed the issue only after delivery. When I contacted support, I was told that invoice corrections or partial refunds were not possible, and that I would need to return the order at my own expense and place a new one to receive a correct invoice.
I also asked for a discount on the replacement order to offset the return shipping costs, but this was refused.

Great store with reasonable prices on artsy goods! I ordered macrame cords, and it turned out to be much cheaper than in the local art supplies stores in Helsinki. Free and fast delivery made the purchase very convenient. I would order here again for sure

Led Zeppelin t shirt was different from the picture of it. I ordered it cause in the picture the print in front is small. When I got the shirt the print however is very very big.

Excellent piano! The Roland FP-30X fully met our expectations: it has a pleasant, realistic keyboard feel, a beautiful rich sound, and easy-to-use controls. The instrument is perfect both for practicing and for playing at home for pleasure. I would also like to mention its compact size — the piano fits nicely into the interior and doesn’t take up much space.

I did not expect such insulting and rude behaviour from someone working at a music store.
Today 03/May/2026 I went to buy a few picks as I do everytime I am in the music store .I asked for the picks and the attendant was sighing and being rude , after getting the picks I asked if I could play the Squier jazzmaster as I was debating on buying it and he asked "for buying or just playing " and I said for now I would just like to see and he said "sorry the guitars are for sale and not playing ".My friends and I have decided we will not be returning to muziker again and they have lost a group of very loyal customers.
Normally when we go to an instruments shop we try the guitars and the instruments and then we just buy one,this is very normal practice.Several times I have been to muziker at andel and they let me try their guitars and I eventually ended up buying a lot of things such as an amplifier and accessories , Also whenever my guitar needed work I went to them instead of anywhere else .Furthermore I took my friends there who got work done on their guitars and some even got guitars .I used to frequent the place and I was interested in buying a Squier Jazzmaster but I wasn't sure so today I asked it I could just play it.
I appreciate that the guitars are for sale and not for random playing but a musical instrument is not cheap it takes time to decide and a part of the process is trying out the instrument and I think this particular member of staff was a little discriminatory as others were infact playing their instruments.
