Well, the three items (Radiohead - The Bends, In Rainbows and Pablo Honey vinyl records) was in it self ok. But… They are sold as 180 gram vinyl records. Not one of them are 180 gram, they are “standard“ weight. Not a big deal, but it pisses me off that they are marked and listed as “high fidelity 180 gram” when they are not. I also wrote to the seller about this, well explained, but only got back a standard response mail about how to return the records, paying for the shipping and handling. I do not want to send them back, cause there are maybe nothing else to receive that is different from what I got. The point is the marketing fraud, and a voucher or something for the next purchase would be a better solution. So, the items that arrived was all ok, I need to point out this. It’s only about the marketing.

I ordered a pair of speakers which were destroyed in transit by the carrier company. It took Muziker a total of 15 days to confirm this and then they just refunded my purchase. I specifically ordered from them cause of all the positive reviews praising shipping times and customer service. Alltogether just a terrible and frustrating experience.

Ordered some yarn and it never arrived. It was supposed to arrive two weeks ago. Contacted customer services after DPD lost it, and they still haven’t gotten back to me after a first “we’ll look into it” email.
I asked them to resend it or at the least give me a refund but they said they needed to confirm the package was really lost by DPD. But it’s been almost a week since their last email, and I know DPD responds quicker than that since they’ve actually gotten back to me on the claim and Muziker hasn’t!
Honestly terrible customer service. As if it’s my fault the package went missing, rather than a DPD error.
Please just give me my money back at this point. This was for a gift and now the date has passed.
