The item had QC issues, so I had to return it. The interaction with customer service was the best part of an otherwise stressful situation.
The response time was instant and all CS specialists were friendly and helpful, which made the process smooth.
Because of that, I have no complaints even though the item was faulty. After checking other online shops, I found that QC issues were common across other items from the same manufacturer, so this was not Muziker's fault.

The bassguitar that I purchased has some small issues which could have been prevented before shipping. Not that I am not happy with the instrument but it’s a bit irritating that I have to go to a luthier to fix the issues before having fun.

Ordered vinyl cds. Came in barely any packaging around it and ofc was damaged during shipping. Claims on the website doesn't work and customer service just shrugs and says they cant to anything. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SCAM SITE!!!! Hundreds of euros lost and all im left with is rage and some damaged vinyls.

Guitar was sold as “open box”, but was damaged and had undergone fender repairs, which was not mentioned before purchase. Compensation offered was not nearly sufficient and no details were provided upon asking about the repairs. Lengthy return process, slow responses from support.

I ordered a looper, 9volt adapter and some cables at Muziker at 13/3. Took up to 26/3 to get my order delivered bij UPS. Was very surprised to receive a dental implant (!) in my package instead of what I ordered. Box was adressed to me, containment and packing list was for a dentist in Groningen. Very strnge. Probably an issue with UPS or douane. Contacted Muziker, they seemed helpfull in their first contact, but after filling in a form they stated formally they would take up to 30 working days to resolve the issue. Much to long. Got involved in an unclear proces from UPS (‘damaged package’, which it was not). This past week I tried 3 times to get an update from Muziker about the issue, but got no response at all. Want my money back, but not sure if I ever will.

I’m wondering if the “instrument setup” and “playability check” which I paid extra for were actually done. When I unboxed the instrument, the strings were very loose, as if it hadn’t been tuned at all. Of course, it’s possible the inspector detuned it after inspection. However, the main issue is that once I tune it up, the strings buzz all over the fretboard. Now I need to raise the saddle and maybe adjust the neck. So I don’t think the extra money for the setup and check was worth it.

I bought a vinyl record that had a defect. I wrote a defect report, no response for 2 weeks, although the email said they would contact me within 3 business days.
