My Ard Ri harp arrived within a few days of ordering, was well packed and in perfect condition. I am completely new to the world of harps so I reached out to customer service regarding tuning. My email was sent on a weekend and I was pleasantly surprised to receive a response within hours.

it's a good starter six course lute I have two of them,wish they made a six-course lute with the size body of an eight course.more base full volume thank about in.

Instrument as described. All parts fit well, with no rough edges. Tuning pegs work well. Strings and frets were fitted, and after tuning, instrument was ready to play.

I have a beautiful lyre harp from Muzikkon but needed replacement strings. Muzikkon don't have these strings listed on their website but after I struggled to source from other sites, they kindly sent me complimentary replacement strings for for free! I would highly recommend Muzikkon and wouldn't hesitate to purchase other harps and instruments from them in the future.

I bought this Bodhran for my son for Christmas, and the only experience I have with this particular instrument is a quick quality inspection, and a few minutes of playing. The build quality seems very good, as does the fit and finish. It has a pretty good sound for a new drum, and I expect it will only get better.
The case seems sturdy enough to hold up, though I wish it had backpack straps like his other one. The price was way below what comparatively speced drums are going for, which made it an obvious choice for his first “step up” instrument.

First off I want to give all the positives!

I purchased the 16/15 rosewood hammered dulcimer. The website experience, the shipping speed, and the instrument itself was beautiful, the whole package came with a tuning wrench, a nice case, a spare set of strings, and hammers (unfortunately not the ones pictured) all for a great price of $750 + shipping costs.
The additional stand I purchased was beautiful and great build quality as well.

The shipping costs were quite expensive (~$300 USD) however it did ship faster than expected which was really nice!

When I opened everything up, there was no understanding or instruction manual for the instrument with critical details like the correct tuning that match the string gauge. I brought this to 2 music stores and each person said the strings were not typical for their placements and didn’t match the standard hammered dulcimer tuning charts, which made it impossible to play the instrument out of fear of snapping the strings since the gauge appeared to be much thinner than normal (the bass strings were .19, where standard is .30 for a 16/15 hammered dulcimer.

I reached out via email asking for a tuning chart and the issues I was experiencing but have not heard anything back in 4 days (this is only critical because of the 30 days money back guarantee starts from moment of purchase)

Because I am unable to play the instrument without paying an additional hundreds of dollars for a full string replacement for standard strings that match the tuning standard I unfortunately need to return the instrument, and even with that it might not work from what the professional music shops have told me.

I hope in the future the product can come with a tuning chart and maybe list this online + the string gauges so the customer understands what they are purchasing specifically

The shipment arrived even before the estimated date, and the box was perfectly prepared (thankfully, because thanks to UPS the box arrived soaked on one side); but inside everything was great; and the lute is WONDERFUL. Thanks!

The entire sale was very smooth. Even though there was a slight delay in shipment, due to material quality from their venders, I was notified immediately.

I ordered the Mini Kinnor Harp, 10 String Lacewood, when it arrived and I tuned it up, a few of the pegs would keep coming loose so it wouldn't hold tune. I was told it would balance in a few weeks and that a video would be sent to me via Whatapp to demonstrate. The video was never sent and I followed up later with no reply. It has been months now and I have a small harp that I still cannot get to hold tune and no response from the company. Very disappointed as a musician with limited funds I deserve to have qualified for a refund on this instrument as I alerted of the issue of the harp not staying in tune as soon as it arrived and now my emails are just being ignored...

Very fast shipping, beautiful instrument!

I'm very happy indeed with the service provided by Musikon, my lute arrived very quickly and was well packed. I already have and play a lute which was hand made for me way back in 1976, however I'm quite amazed by the build quality of the Musikon lute and the friction pegs are a dream and actually far superior than the hand built instrument. Overall the instrument is a delight to play. I should also mention the customer service which was both friendly and professional, I would have no worries about using Musikon again and they are highly recommended.
