Renaissance fairs and walking minstrel
My son plays Ukulele and has become very interested in Renaissance fairs and wanted have something to play that fit the theme. We ordered your lute ukulele and it arrived amazingly fast and is absolutely beautiful and sounds great. He is now learning some period music before the next fair and is excited about being a minstrel At the next one. Beautiful piece of work!

Our website shows estimated delivery windows; Standard shipping is typically 8–10 working day, for your address but this can vary depending on local processing in each country. In your case, your city’s processing centre added roughly two extra working days.
For time-sensitive orders we also offer Express shipping, which is faster and more predictable. If you ever have a deadline, Please choose the express shipping option on checkout page or contact us and we will be happy to advise the best option before you place an order.

Lovely little Harp, great sound!
I called twice to ask about the harp and what came with it and spoke to a very helpful gentleman. I loved the videos on the website of harpists playing the harps so I could get a better feel for the sounds and quality. My harp arrived beautifully packaged with a handy tracking service and sounded amazing even before tuning.The bag is comes in is really good quality. I really recommend this harp if you're like me and dreamed of playing and wanted something beautifully made and great quality to start with. I'm already playing a few simple tunes and really enjoying the sound. Brilliant first harp! Very happy.

Thank you for sharing your feedback, and we’re very sorry to hear of your initial disappointment. Please rest assured that every instrument is fully set up and checked before leaving us. However, for insurance and safety reasons, we carefully detune the strings prior to shipping so they don’t get damaged in transit. This process can also cause the bridge to shift slightly inside the box.
We completely understand how this may have been frustrating, but the good news is that the bridge can be easily repositioned, and once tuned, your Banjo Guitar will be ready to play as intended.
We sincerely appreciate your patience and understanding, and we hope you enjoy making music with your new instrument.

Great Instrument, great service
The ordering process was really easy.
The harp I ordered is top notch, I am playing her daily already. It's a 12 String Caorlan Harp with levers, it's easy to tune and a delight to play.
There was a slight confusion with the delivery date, but that was a GLS problem.
