Inaccurate description on their website, I tried to return my item, they gave me the wrong return label twice so I had to call DHL myself and organise it, took hours of messing around and they refuse to accept any responsiblity and when my item was delivered, IT HAD HAIRS IN THE BOX - Terrible customer service and terrible company, DO NOT BUY FROM HERE

Incredible customer service! MVMT CSR helped me get a new watch after my watch face cracked.

Great products, but even greater service!
I had a small piece in my watch broken, a few years after buying it.
With no hesitation or further questions (besides pictures) the customer service decided, after a few days, to send me a replacement.

I placed several orders on MVMT and will definitely place more orders in the near future!

I absolutely love my watch I got back in August but unfortunately dropped it and cracked the face. They were quick to respond to my emails and as soon as I sent in the pics of damage and gave my shipping info, a new watch was on the way! Awesome customer service from Herald!!

I purchased a watch and had trouble with the postal service delivering my package. MVMT promptly helped me with this situation. They replaced the missing watch at no additional charge and quickly shipped it to me via UPS. The watch is very nice and I love it. I would purchase this watch again. The service I received from MVMT was excellent.

I purchased a pair of blue screen glasses. I was excited to get them and their glasses are very stylish. I spent around $75 and I thought that is a good mid-range price for these. The first day I wore the glasses it was great. A month later and with taking great care of them, the lenses are so messed up they blurry my vision when I put them on. As I said, I took very good care. I kept them on the case, I used the cleaning cloth and still the lenses went to trash in over a month time. I do not recommend purchasing blue screen glasses from MVMT. From my experience, they look nice but they don't last. I would be ok if they lasted 6-12 months. But after 1 month and the lenses are so messed up I can't wear them, I don't see the value in this purchase.

I have emailed twice now to the support team about a watch I ordered for my girlfriend for valentines day and found it was returned to sender because of the address. I emailed them through their support team through the website with the address it was supposed to go to with my apartment number in hope we could catch it and have mailed still to me. I know mistakes can happen but there is no excuse to not respond to your customers especially when they have not received the product they paid for, especially when its a gift for your loved one on valentines day.

I ordered a watch for my significant other for Valentine's Day, and due to unfortunate shipping issues, the watch was returned to the seller and did not make it in time. I reached out to MVMT for information on what to do next in order to receive the watch, and Herald from customer service went above and beyond to ensure I received it. I have never had anything but outstanding service from MVMT, and my significant other and I love their products!

Great watches but terrible customer service they expect you to do all the work when your watch comes damaged, if you don’t have a printer they won’t let you return it been waiting since November for a replacement !

Ordered a watch as I seen them advertising on Facebook. Once ordered, never heard from them about an order or tracking number. Reached out several times and zero response. It took me disputing with my Bank for them to finally respond. Not professional. Buyer beware.

I have contacted MVMT 3 times now and still cannot get anyone to respond to help Me return a gift so I can purchase a new one. I understand people get busy, trust me I do! I would just like a response... signed, Frustrated

My early morning mvmt was of better quality.

Customer service is very prompt to responses regarding refunds or promotions they are running. The quality of watches are very nice and I purchase one every year for my husband. Love the different varieties.

Their blue light glasses are the most expensive on the market and by far the worst. The glasses deteriorate after a couple of uses. I unfortunately bought two, trying to return one but customer service never responded. Products are overpriced and worse than the £10 pair I now own.

These watches are beautiful and the shipping was timely, even for the holidays. The reason my review is only 3 stars is because there’s no way to contact anyone for a return or exchange- the links are broken on the website. I’ve tried to reach out with no success so far.

I’m giving this a 3 star because I received the watches and I think they are beautiful. I love the packaging. Problem is, I received one watch from my boyfriend and the same watch from my sister-in-law (based on my pin of it on my Pinterest page. I want to return one for store credit to purchase a different item but I am not able to find out how to contact them. When I click on the links in their website they are not working. It’s been a few days now and I can’t figure out how to get ahold of someone. If I can rectify this situation, I will gladly return and update to 5 stars.

It's been a month and they still haven't delivered it. The tracking still says being processed. I can't get a refund until they deliver it and at this point i've essentially resigned myself to not receiving it. I didn't imagine delivery would take so long when I ordered it.

I ordered 8 bracelets and received them in a very timely manner. I had reached out to customer service multiple times and they were quick to reply and extremely helpful and courteous.

Terrible customer service. I paid $25 for next day shipping it’s been 3 days and I have not even received a tracking number. I’ve been trying to get in contact with someone from customer service all day and nothing. I only ordered because it was supposed to get here before Christmas. We’re going out of town in a few days and now nobody will be here to sign for it. I’m pissed. Lies, lies, lies!!!
