I placed an order on December 14

I placed an order on December 14, 2020 and the watches have not been ordered. I am beginning to believe that this is a fraudulent company. They do not answer the phones and CHAT is the only way to contact them. They have claimed to ship the watches and both tracking numbers are not valid. This is the worst company and I wish I had read this before ordering. No Christmas gifts for the guys because of this bad company.

According to your tracking, it appears your order is out for delivery today Dec. 22nd. Our sincere apologies for the inconvenience. We've shipped over a hundred of thousand orders this holiday season and a very small percentage have experienced issues. We've seen issues across multiple shipping carriers this year. Given all, that's gone on in 2020 shipping carriers are under more pressure than ever and working with reduced staffing due to the pandemic. Also, more packages have been shipped via mail this holiday due to fewer people being able to travel and physically buy or gift presents.

Again, we're truly sorry you fell into this smaller percentage of customers with affected orders. This is not the experience we set out to provide. We'll make sure to have someone email you after your order arrives today.

Ordered watch and no clue what’s happening a week later

I ordered a watch for my son on 12/11/20 anticipating I would receive it in more than enough time before Christmas. It has been a week since I ordered and received an order confirmation and no shipping info or anything and when I try to reach them to find what is going on, no response! If I knew what was happening perhaps I could make alternate plans but at this point I have no clue what is happening.

10/10 customer service

I found this company through a blogger on Instagram-I loved the watches and thought they looked super nice for a great price! But y’all, the customer service is beyond. My order had shipped November 27th but for over 2 weeks all it said when i went to track it was “pre shipment” and I know a company has no control over how fast it gets here after it’s shipped. So a couple days ago I emailed them and asked if they could tell me where it was at. They were shocked to know I hadn’t gotten my watch after that long and overnighted me a new one free of charge and I already got it in! The watch is stunning and I couldn’t recommend this company enough!

I do not recommend this company

I do not recommend this company. They are not generating return label and do not refund you money. I have been trying to solve the issue for 1 month but they are just providing excuses.
However after many emails I received an email from company's one of managers explaining the situation and giving a full refund plus voucher for purchases.

DO NOT ORDER

After my order being placed three different times, it was finally delivered yesterday. One of the Team Leads reached out to me and the last order was overnighted. I hope the issues that MVMT is having is soon resolved. They do offer and deliver top notch products.

If I could give MVMT a zero rating I would! They do not care about their customers and have very poor Customer Service. I placed an order on 11/30/2020 which has not been received to date. It was very evident that something was wrong with my order. If you pull the order number up today it still says...processing. They still made me wait 8 days prior to placing the replacement order. I was told by Febe that due to the issues I had with my previous order that this order would be shipped 2 day air. At this time, I did receive the replacement order number. Guess what!! I then received an email from Febe that the shipping was changed on UPS side and will now be delivered regular mail. Guess what again!! The replacement order that Febe provided to me will not even pull up. The tracking number that Febe provided to me for the replacement order has not moved!! These glasses were the first item on my sons Christmas list! MVMT, I will never and I repeat!! Never order from you again. Guess what again!! Did you have any problems taking my money!! Absolutely not!!

Unfortunaltey, these shipping issues appear to be more and more prevalent with each holiday season. It appears the replacement order we also shipped out is still in transit.

Package has been processing for almost 4 weeks

I sent a request through the MVMT support line and have not received a response days past the 48 hour timeline. What is the status of the watch that I ordered?

It was ordered on November 26th and looks to still be processing since I have not received an email confirming shipment. This is unacceptable since the order confirmation stated a deliver date of no later than December 7th. If I do not receive another response I will be looking to cancel my order to receive a refund and likely never order another MVMT product. Extremely disappointed.

I would also like to point out that your company should not be taking payment for its items until they have been shipped.

Terrible Customer Support

MVMT's customer support is a joke. The chat doesn't work as intended, and when they are called no one picks up. Then when I try to issue a comment with the email service a 404 error pops up. It's been 2 weeks since I ordered my package and it still has not come in yet. I will not buy from MVMT again.

This has got to be the worst customer…

This has got to be the worst customer service that I have ever experienced. E-mail and chat are a joke, never get returned. I did find an 888 number that says everyone is working from home so the phone number doesn't do any good either. tracking info is a joke... If the product was shipped what is the excuse now, I could have ridden a bicycle here by now. Will never order from this place again

Do they understand what service means?

I planned to purchase 3 watches from this company and send them as Christmas gifts overseas. I emailed them 3 times to no avail. They have no phone number to call and no one from the company answered my emails. This is such poor form that no matter how good their watches are, I would not do business with them even if the watches were free. So unprofessional and discourteous.

I can’t get anyone to keep back to me…

I can’t get anyone to keep back to me on the status of my order! It’s been 10 days since placed order, and haven’t received a shipping email. I call their number and goes straight answer machine but can’t leave a message because it hangs up.
I messaged them on their website and haven’t gotten email back. They did take my money though right away but nothing back. About to call bank and file claim to get money back

TERRIBLE QUALITY, SERVICE & FALSE ADVERTISEMENT

Here’s to my first bad review....CHEAP material and HORRIBLE customer service. Would not ever buy again or recommend!! The products look SOOO much better through picture and when you receive it, it’s a big disappointment. I’ve seen less expensive watches that are better quality...Also false advertisement, apparently free shipping doesn’t apply to every one...

Disappointing first time experience

I was exited to order for the first time from MVMT. I received my glasses today and they looked used. First, I thought it was only an issue of balance, which the customer representative agreed to pay to have fixed. Then, I noticed scratches all over, some of them quite big. It looked like someone had been using the glasses for some time and then they decided to sell them. I told the customer service rep and she ask that I document the scratches for her. After all this, she asked me bluntly whether I want a return or refund. I wish I had not gone trough the trouble of ordering these glasses online . The only good side is that they issued a pre-paid label (after I submitted photos of all the issues).

Poor Quality Products, Poor Customer Service, No Exchanges

Ordered 2 rings and a pair of everscroll glasses; all which felt light and cheap. I've attempted to exchange them, except they don't do exchanges they can only refund. After a back and forth with customer service, they finally sent me a return label. I mailed the items back over a week and a half ago and still have not received a refund.

An absolute gem of a company !!

I can’t even begin to explain how satisfied and amazed I am about this genuine company. I’ve own one of their watches for 3 years now and I regret not buying one sooner! They have some of the BEST customer support and the friendliest team I’ve ever talked to. I’m genuinely surprised how amazing they are! If you’re on the fence about getting one of their watches or products and reading reviews I strongly recommend just doing it you won’t regret it because I don’t regret a single (ironic) minute of it!!!

After the initial issue, all solved happy

After the initial issue of no number being on the address to the delivery company, we was able to sort and they arrived the next day. I was very annoyed in the first instance and MVMT did what they could and kept me up to date, they have arrived today and look great!

I order 3 pieces of merchandise…

I order 3 pieces of merchandise 10/25/20. MVMT has debited my acct. no email stating anything has shipped. Had a ‘chat’ with a company employee on MVMT website and the employee told me my merchandise would be delivered to Arizona the next day!!! I live in Pa!!! Mind you this was AFTER I gave my order number.
This has been an all around terrible experience!!
