What a fraudulent website
What a fraudulent website. It appeared on top of TV licence in google search, I wasn't paying attention and I just wanted to change my address. They charged me £16.50 but I didn't question it since a moment earlier I paid for changing my address in my car insurance (a one-off). Only one minute later I realised this was not the official website. These fraudsters know their stuff. I can't even dispute the transaction since I used their services apparently.

This company deserves no stars at all
This company deserves no stars at all. I paid them thinking they were a legitimate company who would organise my council tax switch from one council to another. They kept the money and from what I can tell, 6 weeks later, did absolutely nothing. Haven’t responded to emails either. I can only assume this is a scam.
