Lovely Soho chair
The Soho chair is very nice and was packaged very well.

The seat cushion is designed as a fixed cushion intentionally, as this allows the chair to maintain a cleaner shape and a more tailored finish over time. Removable cushions can often shift, wrinkle or lose their form with use, whereas a fixed cushion helps preserve the structure and overall look of the chair. For maintenance, light vacuuming and gentle upholstery cleaning products usually work very well for everyday care.

Regarding the sofa itself, we understand that comfort is very personal and firmness can feel different depending on individual preference. If you feel it is not suitable, a member of our customer service team will be calling you shortly to arrange a free return.
In terms of delivery, access was very narrow and the available options were explained before proceeding. The customer signed a disclaimer acknowledging the risk of minor marks and asked us to continue. The sofa had to be unpacked and carefully manoeuvred inside, and a small mark was noted at the time without concern being raised.
Superb customer service
I purchased a nest of tables and recieved excellent customer service from this company in which Chan the sales assistant did a video call so I could actually see the product I was interested in which made my mind up to go ahead and place the order. He was extremely friendly and very professional and it was delivered within 2 days. Packaged well and a gorgeous product well made. I’m so pleased. I would highly recommend the company and will use again.

My mistake. I gave a poor review of my furniture because I'd mixed this order up with another order I've placed elsewhere. I have in fact heard from my furniture and delivery has been scheduled

Nest of tables
I was impressed with my nest of tables. They came well packed and easy to put together. The body and legs were already put together the only thing to do was sit the marble on top. Perfect.

And they send me the fabric sample. Customer service was amazing and the soda is beyond amazing. I have EichHoltz and Richmond interior Furnitures and honestly speaking it’s all the same quality and top notch fabric but very reasonably priced compared to the other designers! I can’t wait to buy more stuff :)
