Easy to order, no delivery problems

Easy to order, despite my worry that I'd get stuck paying a customs fee. The products I ordered were my favourite while living in the EU and this site was cheaper than buying them in the UK or even bringing them back from my most recent trip.

Frustrating

Frustrating

Ordered a perfume online at a good price , the website said the purchase didn't go through and to try again , so I did and ot also said the purchase didn't go through
It actually turns out I bought the perfume twice !!

I then got an email a day or so after telling me that they where refunding a payment and sending me one perfume. Great I thought

Perfume arrived after a week which is fine. Still no refund at all despite email saying I would be refunded in 3 to 5 days

Looks like im going to have to make a claim through my bank to get my money back

Fake Perfumes bought!

The perfume I bought was fake (black opium by Yves Saint Laurent). Please ensure you can scan the barcode to check authenticity whenever you buy any perfume from MyOrigines. Most of their perfumes are fake as they get their supplies from dealers, and return procedure is not guaranteed. I have said my goodbye to MyOrigines.
