I got scammed by this place literally 5…
I got scammed by this place literally 5 years ago and I still think about it to this day. Luckily my dad is a business owner and knows a lot about legality and clearly scared them so I got a refund however people who aren’t as fortunate as me have lost hundreds even thousands to this disgusting place. The police need to find the freaks
Either complete scammers or extremely incompetent
Avoid this company.
I had booked in 2024 to have a crash course, theory and practical booked in. I was fortunate ( compared to other reviews ) that the lessons did go ahead. However in advance of the lessons they asked for my driving license to book the theory, which i provided. They never booked it despite chasing. I then had my lessons and did well, but no theory or practical to follow.
I went via their complaints and they kept dragging it on. Separately the instructor tried to suggest they could do another 2 days of lessons plus get me a test but would be £850 ( this was after paying around £1k to the company for the 20 hours + both tests).
In the end i had to get the credit company to do a chargeback for both tests.
To note, during the process aswell i had noted that i had a response to my complaint from a different company and was confused how they had my details. Upon further investigation i found they had copy and pasted their terms and conditions from another similar company but hadnt changed the actual email to hyperlink, resulting in people accidentally emailing another company their details. I sent them the ICO breach letter and passed on to them for investigation ( i did notice a few weeks later they had updated their T&Cs page correcting the email).
At the time of when i was looking to book, alot of the reviews were positive and it was only on further review when i started experiencing issues that i noticed that alot of 5 star reviews are likely bots/fakes a majority are the only review from the 'person' . Clearly since then other people have suffered similar or worse experiences.

Took me a year to get my money returned from this company. Only got it back after taking them to small claims court. Was awarded interest on top of my refund. Company only paid refund, I had to "remind" them about my interest
This company is a complete shambles
This company is a complete shambles, my daughter booked a course at the start of April to begin in July, on the day it was due to start nobody turned up and no contact was made, after she chased them all day someone finally responded to say that her course had been missed. It was rearranged for August and some additional extras were promised, 11th August came and again nobody turned up, she chased again and was told that the instructor had left the business and her booking had been missed. Now she is left with no course and faced with having to try and get her money back from this shower. Please avoid at all costs.

Had to give 1 star as unable to give 0...what an absolute shower of s**t this company is. My daughter paid in full for the course over a year ago. They have cancelled on her 3 times, requested a refund to be told "we can only do a repayment plan to start Oct 25 and will be over 4 months"
Refund policy states refunds given within 30 days....absolute BS!!!!!
If they owe you money save yourself the hassle and go the legal route

absolutely DO NOT BOOK YOUR DRIVING…
absolutely DO NOT BOOK YOUR DRIVING COURSE WITH THESE PEOPLE.
in my opinion and experience this company is a scam. i booked my driving course with these people and at first them making excuses pushing the date back after them finding a instrucor that was based around me they failed to send the instructor the funds for my hours which altogether put pressure on me as he was asking me about it all the time as he had never heard of this company and was also cautious it could be a scam but it’s strange as they only send him some of the money and after completing the hours they told me to pay for an app to look for cancellations after them booking a test which was on the other side of the uk they never found a test after that now they do not want to email me back as i would like a refund it’s been around two years now and nothing.
since then i have booked another crash course with another company for a lot cheaper they managed to find me an instructor within a day and scheduled the hours and test within 2 weeks this company is Oneweekdrivingcourse.co.uk
i have now passed my test.

This company is a scam
This company is a scam. I booked in November £1070 for a five day course they said the earliest they could fit me in was 10 Feb. They told me that they would be in touch nearer the time to tell me name of instructor etc.
The week before I messaged them saying I hadn’t had any contact from them and was the lesson still happening as I had booked a week off work.
They promised me that it was all in hand. I messaged them on the Sunday and still they said it’s all ok.
Waited in all day Monday messaged them and didn’t get a reply so then decided to try and get my money back using my bank.
To cut a long story short 6 months later I got my money but never had any more messages from the company.
Do not spend your money

Scam scam scam how there getting away with it I do not know
I booked with My5Day thinking I was…
I booked with My5Day thinking I was securing a fast-tracked driving test. After paying £1027.50 I received no real service, no valid driving test booking, and no way to contact them for support or a refund. The website looks convincing, but it’s a scam.
I later found out that My5Day is under criminal investigation, and I’m not the only victim. They take your money and disappear. I’ve had to report the fraud to my bank and the authorities.
Do NOT trust this company. Save yourself the stress and financial loss. If you’ve been scammed too, report it to Action Fraud and contact your bank immediately for an APP fraud refund.
I booked my crash course back in may…
I booked my crash course back in may last year booked for the 17th of July to start and when it come to it they told me I would have to reschedule so I said fair enough rescheduled it for the 27th of July. I didn’t hear nothing back after the date I was meant to start it so I requested a refund they told me it would take 5-7 working days to go back into my bank and it is now the 7th April 2025 so nearly a whole year and I still haven’t revcieved my refund I have emails tried to call and nothing has come off it I am still trying to get my money back as of now I am owed £1200
Scam!
I am extremely disappointed with my experience with this company. I did not receive a single lesson despite numerous attempts to schedule one. Since November, I have been trying to obtain a refund, but the company has repeatedly ignored my requests and continues to refuse any reimbursement. They have consistently misled me, causing unnecessary frustration and inconvenience. It is clear that this company has no intention of providing the services promised, and I feel completely scammed. I strongly advise others to avoid this company to prevent a similar experience.
Horrible experience from the start
Horrible experience from the moment I booked with them. I’ve done my driving lessons with this company in August 2024, I also paid for them to book my driving test. Since then they've not made any progress, I've contacted for a refund several times and have even submitted 3 complaints now and have been ignored continuously with no information on why this has occurred. My practical test result is about to expire, and My 5 day have delayed me from booking.
Not only have there been ridiculous issues with booking my driving test, there were also delays in even doing my driving lessons in which they pushed it back by over a week and didn’t inform me until the day I was supposed to start (I was told I’d receive compensation for this but wasn’t given anything or told anything further). My experience with this company has been poor and disgusting, wouldn’t recommend at all and honestly it’s amazing that they’re still in business.
Obviously a scam company
I purchased an intensive driving course in October, the instructor cancelled and I have been trying to obtain a refund for three months. The response from the complaint department is they have a lot of refunds to process ahead of me. Customer service, how many refunds can there possibly be.
