A very disappointing and inconvenient experience.

Their doctors are fine and provide a good service but otherwise communication from the clinic office is consistently poor and badly managed. For example, reviews are arranged for dates after the prescribed medication is finished and without first checking appointment dates with the patient, which means there is no consistency or continuity. They also get easily confused about whether or when you have paid for appointments or medication and they changed pharmacy for no clear reason. After two months I asked to be discharged and am moving to a clinic with more efficient administration and that works more diligently to ensure continuity of treatment. Altogether a very disappointing and inconvenient experience.

Excellent Consultant, but Montu Pharmacy needs to clarify some stock availabiliy.

Excellent Consultant. Listened, and offered good advice.
Appointment had been set up by the Clinic, which saved hassle.
Situation with pharmacy is confused. Took them ages to trace my prescription and then act on it. The two "most likely to be prescribed products", for myself at any rate, (the Althea 50ml oil bottles), are currently out of stock or, "Coming soon", as the website has it. Some kind of time frame would be very useful.

My first time was excellent…not so much since can’t get response from anyone

My first time was excellent unfortunately I am now over a week waiting for a prescription. The doctor is often late and doesn’t seem to know who I am on my record. The price also went up by £10 without any notice so my first time was great follow-ups and not so much There’s been a change you know a ship and I think it’s massively impacting. I can’t get an answer from customer services or any pharmacist.

Changing of the guard is needed.

Normally I'd chalk the longer wait times or repeatedly not getting a call back on the fact that this business is changing hands - that would be the logical first thought. However, this has been going on a while. Either I am left without my prescription for weeks on end, or my consultation is cancelled and never reorganised on their end, or they just won't call you back for anything. The professionals are great. Reception team and everyone in their vicinity? Fire them. Hire people who will actually do what they say they're going to do. I'm only giving three stars now because I actually have my prescription, FINALLY.
