Great clinicians, best CBPM organization in UK

Wonderful clinicians who are empathic and trustworthy, clearly care deeply about their work and CBPM treatment. I would thoroughly recommend MyAccess, as I have tried multiple clinics and they are - by far - the most professional, capable, and responsible of all of them.

I have been a patient at MyAccess…

I have been a patient at MyAccess Clinics for over 3 years and have always felt that the medical staff and admin team have been very polite and helpful in treating my conditions. I have always felt the medical staff listen to my concerns and treat me with dignity and respect during our 3 monthly consultations.

The doctors are really amazing

The doctors are really amazing. It is so refreshing to have doctors who accept the therapeutic uses of cannabis so I don't have to take pharmaceutical medication. One thing is I wish the pharmacy was fully stocked as very often my medication is out of stock which ends up costing more to get prescription changes etc etc. very gra for these people

Every one has been very helpful and…

Every one has been very helpful and supportive in this journey. The calls are straight forward easy to do even with little computer experience. The Doctors are understanding and listen well, I cannot think of any negatives.

Took my money and didn't give me an appointment…

I waited in my video appointment for almost an hour, the doctor did not turn up, I tried to call the office, no answer, left a message, emailed them, no reply then they are trying to blame me and saying i need to pay again. I feel I have been scammed

Edit, their reply is lies, I was 10 minutes early to my appointment and sat nearly an hour, nobody answered when I called the office. If their was a technical issue then that's not my fault but don't accuse me of lying, I need my medication , I would never miss an appointment

Dire service and costly for second rate flower

Dire. Without meds needed for ptsd due to incompetence and greed. Avoid and source elsewhere, 50 quid for a follow up consultation every quarter, 212 for a script of irradiated and tasteless weed. No urgency from the staff to get my meds sorted, only to fleece me out of more of my hard earned cash.

Where to start.?

Where to start.! Very poor service, very long waiting times and poor customer service 80% of the time. I was with MAC for roughly 5 months, and during that time, all i seemed to do was wait, and wait, and wait on scripts!! It drove my anxiety and stress the other direction!! My 4th perscription dragged out for 8 weeks+. They were in no hurry to help, and even tho i had to keep persistent at them, things still never got sorted, to which point i had enough and left in early jan 2024. Im now with another clinic & pharmacy, and its a world of difference.

Sidenote* if you wish to try a wide range of flowers, strains, all at different strengths to see what suits you best, this clinic is not for you!!

Complete chaos, unreliable service

March 2023: I was in touch with MyAccess Clinic in March and customer service was unable to understand my query. After a lot of faffing, they offered me an appointment with someone I thought might be ok.
3.4: Spoke to the ‘Dr Pain’, it went well. He made me feel seen and understood. But then I had to chase the THC oil with the clinic and the pharmacy for FIVE WEEKS. Part of the problem is that the expiry date of existing oil at Curaleaf was poor so I was redirected to another pharmacy, IPS. IPS then decides to charge me £50 more than agreed, and so I have to negotiate this with the clinic.
10.5: was finally able to start using the oil. I received another follow up appointment before I had even started the oil! I did not have any appointment with a nurse as prescribed and had problems understanding how I was supposed to get the oil from the bottle because I was stressed and didn’t notice the leaflet.
5.6: spoke to ‘Dr Pain’ again, he recommended CBD along with THC. The clinic says it’s out of stock, so I intend to only buy THC for now. I’m able to get the oil fairly quickly from Curaleaf this time. But then no one gets in touch with me about the CBD, and I’m just sat there waiting. I was expecting to go in for surgery and needed a letter to take to the hospital, it took several attempts to get it from the clinic. I also needed a more explicit letter stating that I can also use oil for nausea, but all I got was a very general letter that didn’t specify any of this.
13.7: I’m still trying to get hold of CBD oil. It’s been FIVE WEEKS AGAIN. When I ask about it in early July, they have to get someone else to prescribe it. I then wait, and wait… nothing. I chase it many times, via email. Over a week later, they tell me it was sent to a different pharmacy this time. The pharmacy tries to call me early in the morning, which I really don’t appreciate since funny enough I’m asleep in the morning (I’m sick and disabled with insomnia), and I’m also hearing impaired so don’t take or make phone calls. When this pharmacy, Newgrow, responds to my email and sends me the invoice, I find that the price has gone up 100%. This is very stressful - are they trying to con me? The price is completely outrageous so I consider just getting some other CBD oil online for a fraction of the price. I spend hours negotiating this with the clinic and the pharmacy. I’m also trying to get a new appointment that would actually be within the time frame for the oil that I have - it only lasts me seven weeks and customer service keeps giving me random appointments either too soon (since I haven’t even tried the CBD yet!) or too late to allow for continuous treatment without interruptions. They are also telling me I’m ‘stable’ so now I will be directed to a GP - but I have not even tried the CBD yet so how am I stable! Considering that they take frequently take weeks to deliver the oil, I’m very worried. Finally, after several attempts, they offer me a somewhat reasonable date.

Then in late July I realise the THC is no longer working for me, and the clinic asked to take a break. I took four nights off, then tried it again with poor results. They sign me up for a telephone appointment with a nurse for an early morning thought I’d asked if we could email because of my hearing impairment. I’d also specified I’m asleep in the mornings. At this point, I was simply told the nurse couldn’t help and I needed to speak to the doctor about my problems. I presented a list of questions about side effects and some kind of plan of action for the nurse in an email, but she ignored them. So the bottom line is, you won’t get any help if things are difficult for you, and you’ll have to pay for another appointment with the doctor.

This is one of the cheaper clinics but I’m not in a position to say whether you get what you pay for as I haven’t tried the expensive ones. It’s also worth mentioning that their website is unusable as you can’t scroll normally, it keeps swishing back to the top. I don’t seem to tolerate the THC long term so unless the doctor has some creative ideas, I will be relieved not to deal with the clinic in the future.

Poor Service and getting worse

Ive been a client of MAC for around 30 months, Initially they were very good, responding to telephone calls and other enquiries promptly.
I have had significant issues with them now for about 12 months.Telephone calls are rarely answered or returned promptly. I have had significant errors on prescriptions every month for 8 months, including incorrect items on prescription, incorrect data on prescriptions including errors with dates and clinic data. Problems have not been resolved in any prompt manner and I have found the responses more unprofessional. I am changing to a different clinic after months of communication has failed to resolve these issues. The errors have now resulted in a loss of a full months prescriptions and a previous months prescription was only completed by using a cancelled prescription from the previous month.
I also had a problem with 'Stock availability', resulting in my prediction items tripling in price over a 6 month period, which turned out to be errors which totalled around £800 in excess charges over 6 months. I have now not had contact with the clinic for weeks despite numerous attempts to request a discharge letter for my NHS and Private clinicians. Very poor and seemingly getting worse.

New Patient Honest Feedback

Always reply if any issues I ring them directly and tell them. Haven't had many problems other then prescription delay but due to bank holidays it's been tricky I recommend 2 weeks appointment before you renew to stop and issues for the deliver of you're prescription. Haven't had any bad or low standard flower. Seems to help the anxiety and isn't a bad clinic.

Have made sure I got seen by doctors when needed without charges no hidden fees and the pharmacy partnered has been helpful no issues lovely communication. I am on going to make sure I find the right strain and I haven't had any downfalls other then the waiting times but now I'm aware and a new patient I know what to do some people would prefer to know in detail then find out. I believe that the clinic is fair and does want to help assist you to help you're mental health.
