I have had two excellent trials with the Omeo - firstly at our home in Winchester and secondly in Devon where we spend a lot of time so needed to try it out on some tricky terrain. Matt has been incredibly helpful. You don't get any hard sell you just get a really sound demonstration of what the Omeo can do and an opportunity to try it out safely for yourself. It's the most fantastic piece of kit and will mean i can access so much more. Can't wait to take delivery !
Whizzing across the beach ( and I was just in turtle mode) alongside Matt was just magic.

I recently purchased my Omeo from Adapt Ability and it has given me freedom, independence and my confidence has soared in the last week or so. I am 24 yrs old and have cerebral palsy. The Omeo is helping me develop the strength in my core without realising it using my core balance for self propel riding.
I love that my instructor Matt showed me how to operate one and do a trial session.
After purchasing my Omeo from Adapt Ability Matt then had me do the 3 hour training session as standard. Fantastic life changing piece of kit, great friendly customer service. Always willing to answer any questions or queries that you may have.
Adapt Ability gives that personal experience for me and my personal mobility device to go places I could never venture before.

My Omeo was purchased from Adapt Ability. As a full-time wheelchair user, the Omeo is breaking down barriers for me. It is a stylish and capable machine!

The sleek look and design of the Omeo gave me an immediate boost. There is no other mobility device like this! The Omeo will not only take you further than most mobility devices (it can travel around 29 miles on a full charge), but I look and feel better when I’m in the chair!

I would highly recommend booking a demonstration through Adapt Ability. A member of the Adapt Ability team will bring the Omeo to you and you can try out the Omeo in your own surroundings to see if the Omeo is right for you. Adapt Ability provide full Omeo training, and your safety is their priority.

The Adapt Ability team are very professional, friendly and knowledgeable. Adapt Ability understand the needs of people with a wide range of disabilities because several members of the team are disabled themselves (including the manager). This is of great benefit to disabled customers! I find (all too often) that sellers of disability products have little or no experience of disability.

Adapt Ability provide excellent customer service. At the enquiry stage they responded very quickly to my queries, and they will answer any Omeo-related questions that you may have. They can be contacted in a variety of ways: including telephone, live chat and email.

The after sales care is fantastic as well. Adapt Ability is always at the other end of the phone or online should you need any help or wish to arrange further Omeo training.

Nothing is too much trouble for these guys. The Omeo is their passion and they want other people to experience the greater freedom that the Omeo has given them.
