I am a student and learning amazon and meg school courses are very helpful i am thankful to their community.

While the team i worked with was responsive and friendly, they ultimately failed to deliver. I followed every bit of advice, tactic and strategy they recommended and both organic and ppc sales suffered. By every KPI they failed!

I opted for a 3 month contract and they tacked on another month. I was clear on the expectation to review the total performance before renewal and they still tacked on a renewal. They did offer a reduced rate, but based on their performance it should have not have incurred any cost.

During the entire time with them they asked for a full review. I responded that it seemed odd to get a review on week 1, and i'm glad i didn't do it. This agency cost of over $10,000 and my business suffered overall.

To add insult to injury, they sent a collection agency for the final payment after i repeatedly asked to speak to someone about the account and was clear BEFORE the expiry that i didn't want to renew.

MAG is professional, flexible, and proactive, which is great for small businesses like mine. We are now working hand in hand to take sales to a new level, and as a one-man band, I couldn't make it happen on my own!

Everyone I have interacted with at MAG has been professional, helpful, and extremely well versed in the topic of Amazon (which is a lot).

Usually, when a company offers you something so good you don't believe it because it can't be that good. But with MAG it truly is. They dealt with so many things I wouldn't know how to get around (or even want to deal with) and surpassed my expectations 10 fold.
