Laura was great to work with, very flexible and took on board everything we wanted. We're thrilled with the outcome and she even went above and beyond when we wanted to tweak a few bits after the final design. I'll certainly use the service for more rooms in the coming months

Free Consultation Review - Aless
I decided to use My Bespoke Room after doing a ton of research on interior designers. I wanted to have a chemistry connect call before committing to a service that is a cost investment. I had a free 30-min video session with Aless who instantly got the brief and was able to organise all of my ideas almost instantly. Aless is super-friendly and didn't push a design agenda or the service either.
I felt really listened to and like she really heard the design objectives, issues and challenges we had been having on a room layout with a lot of windows. I purchased the design service after the chat and so far it's continued to be amazing. The video calls are great and I honestly can't recommend the company and the team enough so far. It's truly been a weight off my mind getting them onboard. Highly recommend

Excellent experience with My Bespoke Room
I cane across My Bespoke Room on the Houzz website.. I contacted several designers there for my bedroom project but opted to MBR as I liked the sound of the shopping aspect. I had a few ideas but not a real plan to put a good design together. After signing up I met with Karine online and I found her very easy to talk with. I had sent in all the measurements and photos of the space together with other pics of the house so she could get a better understanding of our style and budget. We had a number of meetings to develop the plan, all very collaborative, and she created a fabulous design with details that I would never have come up with. On the shopping side there were lots of alternatives for items used in the design and the wonderful Jess co-ordinated all the deliveries and any returns. This removed all the effort required to go out, source and purchase all the components. Our room has been transformed from a boring featureless space to a warm inviting one. We are absolutely delighted with the result and highly recommend Karine and My Bespoke Room services.

Bespoke my room have transformed my…
Bespoke my room have transformed my hall into a wonderful gothic space. My hall was just like a storage space. Now it has plush red velvet curtains, an amazing mural and spotlights.
The whole experience was superb. Great ideas, friendly service and loads of help finding the items to create the space.

Highly recommended
Our designer Milena was great. She picked a small detail out of one of my 'inspiration' pictures (a bold wallpaper that I would never have been brave enough to use otherwise) and designed a fabulous room around it. I enjoyed every minute of the design process, and Milena completely understood all my preferences and tastes. I would recommend MBR to anyone. Will definitely use them again when we do our next room.
