The whole process was easy from start to finish. Bought it as a present for a little girls birthday and she loved it.

I asked for Mammy & Daddy & Nana Kitty & Grandad to be included in the story. Mammy & Daddy were only mentioned a few times and Nana Kitty & Grandad only once!!! For such a long story I felt that they could have been more involved in the story. Very disappointed!!

The book was very well produced and illustrated with bright colours and personalizing it has made it very special

I ordered a personalised Christmas book for our daughter. We received emails when the book had been dispatched and when it was due to be delivered.
When it arrived it was well packaged and the book itself is beautiful. We cannot wait to read her the story with the cute, customisable character in it!

Grandson loved his book about starting school.

Quick,drawings had real likeness to the family members in the book. My grandaughter loved it. It was simple to read and very well informed for the child.

I purchased three books, and whilst the quality of the actual book (paper etc) is good, quite frankly, the content is dreadful. The stories are just badly written, and this is made worse as, though purchased from My Best Book UK (which turns out not to be based in the UK at all), they use American grammar in places (eg "different than") and incorrect English in others (eg "Nevermind").
The stories are also unnecessarily specific, for example going into details about what happens at school, and I feel that for young children reading a book about them, starting their named school, this could be very misleading as this isn't what will happen at their school.
Finally the options for personalising the appearance of the characters varies from title to title, which is very frustrating.
Had I been able to preview this book in full before purchasing (like you can with other companies) I would not have wasted my money.

Book is lovely and great quality. Came in the time advised. Loved the multiple options for personalisation as allowed me to get something similar to my daughter.

I absolutely love the book. It talks about everyday things a child would do and my Granddaughter can relate to them.

I ordered 3 books and they are fantastic! The stories of the ones I chose are just brilliant and It was lovely to read them. They feature 3 on my youngest Grandchildren, all siblings, and their names are throughout each book. I'm sure they will be thrilled to receive and read them on their Birthday's. One is coming up soon and the other 2 are a bit later on in the year. It was easy to put details in, with names, hair colour etc to make them personalised and the delivery was very good, packaged well and no damage so arrived in pristine condition.

Easy to order, amazing book my grandson loves these books. It really does help with a 4 years old's feelings and experiences.
