I disputed these charges with my bank and won the dispute, meaning Mybookie.com was unable to verify these charges. Now, Mybookie.com is threating to report these charges to a collection agency. Hey everyone, I wanted to share my recent experience with MyBookie, and hopefully warn others before they fall into the same trap.

It all started when I was watching one of my favorite Golf YouTube channels, and they were sponsored by MyBookie. Wanting to show some support I bought the channels golf merch and, I decided to sign up and make a few small bets for Thanksgiving football. I deposited $50—nothing crazy—and the sign-up process was smooth on mobile.

For context, I’m of Eastern European descent, and when I signed up, my phone auto-corrected my name to the anglicized version, adding an “H” where there normally isn’t one. I didn’t think it would be a big deal.

I made some micro-bets on football, and with $25 left, I tried out their online casino. Played some slots, went down to $4, then decided to try "Crash." Got lucky and went up $100. Then I played blackjack and roulette, and after a streak of good luck, I was up $2,800. Feeling great, I decided it was time to withdraw.

I reached out to customer service, and Carlos was super helpful. He walked me through the process of correcting my name and details, even reducing my rollover requirement from 10x to 1x since I hadn’t used the free play bonus. It all seemed above board.

For the withdrawal, I sent an email with my ID, a picture of me holding the ID, and the front and back of the ID, as requested. They also made me do a face scan on a third-party website, which I did without hesitation.

Mybookie is straight garbage!!. I deposit $1000 and input a promo code that wave fees & gave free additional $1000 playing bonus total of 2k! sounds great, right?
But wrong !!. When making a bet the free bonus play was applied automatically Trapping you to a "rollover progress" of $21075. $2000 times 10x ($21075).
Meaning you need to make wagers/bets greater than $21075 before You are able to pull out a recent deposit or winnings. Basically if you made bets and won 3 games for example you still will not be able to pull those winnings until you surpass $21k rolling progress.
Straight money grab trap. The moment you lose your bets you can't withdraw any pass winnings. you shall put more money in and that'll increase your rolling progress making it a challenge for wagers to obtain and or complete the requirement.
