Mybookie is legit my account was under review for documents for a payout I talked to Tony and he approved me and I was able to access my account.

I wish I could go lower than a star. Take gambling out of the equation: the site has so many bugs and issues, and when real money is involved, there has to be some sense of accountability when issues arise. Customer service will give zero help and just kick you to the curb with a “there’s nothing we can do” response. Horrible on all levels

MyBookie will not allow me to withdraw, been trying forever with so many things to fill out. Eventually it just tells me "Payout Declined." Chat help on this site is only rarely helpful, usually just pointless. Cannot access my own money

Total scam. Do not use this sportsbook. Will not payout. Will give you appalling reasons why the documents provided are invalid. Have provided a passport, driver's license, etc. still invalid. They will not need profile verification to deposit money but will deny a request for a payout when you win. Stay away. Complete fake.

I've been using MyBookie for almost a year after years being loyal to bovada/ignition/betonline. The insane amount of negative reviews I've read literally everywhere online have been contrary to my personal experience.

I play 50/50 live BJ and slots...about a year ago I felt like it was impossible to win at slots on the other sites so I tried the sketchy MyBookie and have had some insane luck (REALLY insane wins) here so I stayed around. If I wasn't a degen I'd be up A LOT...regardless, I enjoy gambling as a pastime.

Seeing all the negative reviews about withdrawal issues/frozen accounts etc. had me super worried before my first withdrawal attempt but honestly, everything has been smooth.

I'm not a shill. I'm an actual player (live blackjack, slots, and sportsbook). I'm a degen that enjoys playing and lose majority of the time I gamble..regardless of casino...but when I win at MyBookie I honestly get paid out pretty smoothly.

The site is super dated and a lil janky but I've had the most luck here so I play like 80% of the time at Mybookie.

I've made countless withdrawals via BTC and they've all gone as expected. Takes like 7-12 hours (minimum) and is only available 8am-5pm EST M-F. If you're not a degen like me and have patience, you'll get your withdrawal for the correct amount. Other casinos offer near instant withdrawal after KYC so this sucks.

I usually deposit via crypto and a couple weeks ago used a CC instead. They made me do additional KYC-license, pics of CCs, selfie holding docs and it took 2 days to complete. They kept saying my documents weren't attached after sending 2 times, of course I lost my money waiting for approval haha, not entirely their fault but they know what they're doing and I'm a degen.

I'll start with the Cons because there are so few Pros, like most online casinos.

Cons:
-Live Casino is kind of buggy. I play BJ and have several videos of the computer making decisions for me--hit/stand--and being unable to double on 11s. Rare, but its happened quite a few times.
-Crypto deposits use different wallet addresses for EVERY deposit...not the biggest deal but it makes record-keeping more tedious.
-Crypto deposits sometimes take 30 mins to appear in my account, even when using fast tokens like LTC/Doge/SOL...annoying.
-Slow withdrawal process. Withdrawals via BTC take like 8 hours and are only available M-F 8am-5pm EST. I'm a degenerate and have lost countless times knowing I wont be able to withdraw over the weekend/until tomorrow.
-Withdrawals ONLY via BTC...bitcoin is slow AF, when the network is congested it takes additional HOURS on top of the slow MyBookie withdrawal approval process.
-Casino and the overall site feels really dated. Search feature doesn't work 99% of the time- exact phrases, keywords, nothing.
-They don't have most of the latest Slots...MyBookie gets the latest popular games like 6 months after all the other casinos (if they get them at all)
-Noticeable lag playing casino games
-Account History hardly works and is completely inaccurate when it does. I keep a spreadsheet with deposits, wins/losses, and screen-record all my sessions. I honestly have no idea where they get their numbers in 'account history'. Pulling anything older than 2 weeks requires an email request for downloadable file, I've never received one back.
-Rollover on deposit bonuses are ridiculous, 40x.
-Bonuses in general suck, every few weeks I'll see an email for a bonus chip/free bet with 1x rollover but the promo codes are usually expired by the time i see em.
-RTP for slots is bullsh*t...like most online Casinos, but I feel like MyBookie throttles you when you win over a certain amount (once your balance is over $5K its nearly impossible to keep getting lucky)
-Slots: there's an obvious 'cap' or 'bridge' on winnings tied to your deposit amount. Example-You deposit $500 to play and get lucky, you'll hover around $1,000 90% of the time...if you don't lose.
-This should be obvious but don't play any sort of video blackjack here. I screen-record all gaming sessions and the RTP is laughably rigged. Most casinos' video BJ is rigged but MyBookie takes it to a whole nother level.

-Bonuses, rewards, VIP is ALL DOGSHI*. Actual casinos offer so many kickbacks for BURNING YOUR MONEY with them. MyBookie=bonus $ with a 40x rollover that will lock up your funds forever.

Pros:
-I've twice beaten the ridiculous 40x Casino Bonus and made $4,800 and $600...I thought there was no way in hell I'd get the withdrawal but surprisingly I did haha. Only happened twice but they paid.
-Live Casino is cool...but I feel like most online casinos are using the same vendors so kind of a wash here.
-Customer service is quick to respond via live-chat and gets most of my issues resolved without having to email
-BTC withdrawal option

Black jack is a joke the game with give the dealer 10 or anything = to a 10 and 9.5 out of 10 the dealer will have 20 in there hand and not only that but the Dealer will Get that hand way more then they should I use to like playing it now I’m just done they need to fix the Algorithm on it

I’ve cashed out before last summer. And I wanted to cash out 300$ I had won and they told me my account was disabled? Which is sketch asf because I’ve cashed out before. i bet 500$ on garcia for the W and they marked my account for security after MyBookie received the BOA deposit from my account i placed the bet. after that they returned my 500$ garcia wins and i’m robbed from my bet they wouldn’t let me speak to manager just closed the account for no reason. this service has no integrity and that’s needed for online betting

They don’t advise you about your early cash out therefore losing your bet.

Live roulette is so rigged (magnets under each number - ball pops out and in SOOO unrealistically). 15 blacks in a row, followed by 15 reds in a row; same numbers hit SOOO often back to back, TO BACK; but only CERTAIN numbers. NEVER 0, ofcourse. Obvious, unrealistic cheating. Suffices to say that i do NOT recommend.

I live in FL and attempted to use this site for my sports betting. Their odds are terrible in comparison to any other sports book and not only that, I attempted to withdrawal my money from my account and they won't allow me to do so until I make like 3,000 some odd dollars in bets in order to get my 100+ dollars out of my account. THEY ARE SCAM ARTISTS AND I DO NOT RECOMMEND USING THEM!

The people running this would rather scheme people out of money by being misleading/knowing realistically people won’t read the fine print rather than thinking long term and creating an app people will want to use for years to come. I’ll never recommend or use again.

“Rollover” money = you can’t functionally use the bonuses they pretend to give you, and you can’t take your money out until you reach an absurd amount of bets. Naturally they’re counting on most people not doing it or losing all their money before they hit the absurdly high “rollover” scam numbers.
