Worst website I’ve ever experienced, deposited money, won a bet and there saying I need to win 15 grand till I can do a withdrawal. On top of that, the casino games are some of the worst odds I’ve ever seen. Played there virtual blackjack and won 2 hands out of 15 and played live blackjack and won 1 out 8.

SCAM SITE. Won't cash me out, citing they don't work with my bank. Told me to find another bank. Won't cut a paper check. Way too many other good options to waste time with these criminals.

Can't get money out. Tried about 6 times and everytime they had new excuse for why it didn't work.

Got caught on the “security review” scam After making a successful deposit and winning a few bets, they froze my account , demanded a bunch of pictures of cards and id, claimed they either hadn’t been submitted or were “too blurry”, and closed my account when I complained Their customer service staff can’t keep their lies straight

won $4500 playing blackjack over 80 hours of play. They froze my account and claimed due to a software error they didn't collect my initial bets but still paid me on winning hands. I contacted the company that runs the live casino and they said no such error occured with their software. They eventually gave me $800 in bonus money I could only play in slots but not the $4500 I should have been able to cashout.

I'd avoid this casino at all cost .I won on Elvis frog and my money disappeared.It wasn't a whole lot but imagine if it had been 5 k?? I opened an account yesterday, and I was verified. I tried several times to deposit and I kept having issues. Finally figured out how to do it with crypto and logged in today to try it but found out they disabled my account. Called customer service to see why, their answer was because management asked them to permanently close my account and they gave no reason to why.

My Bookie is now asking for way too much information to withdraw your money, pictures of government IDs, new and old cc's used, pictures of your face, pictures of your face with credit card, pictures of old and new credit cards lol like what?? So yesterday 1/15/2024 I won a wager, two player parlay… Baker 3 TDs, Allen 3 TDS well you would think I would receive the funds, that was not the case at all!!!! First, I emailed customer service and they claimed to not have the ticket, cool! no worries I screen shot it and send the ticket number, then they say the player cannot have a passing touchdown how can this be when they are both QBs! There was no stipulations or anything.. the wager was placed for $4.10 to win 16,471.38!!!!! I want to shed light on to anyone who wants to use this betting service! DO NOT DO IT!!!!! I am looking into legal action against this service and I also recommend anyone who also had this issue or any issue regarding payout to do the same because we spend our hard earned money and they just take it like it’s nothing…..

The site is 100% legit . Been playing on mybookie going on 8 years and i have never had a problem . Their betting options are really good , they offer betting on everything i like to bet on and so many others that i have no clue what the sport is . I have won on bets and cashout with no problem . i have been given bonus casino money that i turned into real cash after rolling it over to 12k played , i feel if they were not legit they wouldn't allow me to be on a roll for about a month to cashout a few thousand on a free casino chip. Nothing that the other people here haven't already said but these guys are legitimately one of the worst sites, period. Inconsistent rules, awful cashier, bad user interface and limits. Not sure why anyone would ever sign up on this site at this point when there's so many different options.

My last interaction was when a walkover (forfeit) in an esports game ended up being graded as a loss. Like... a straight up loss. A team didn't show up. 99.99999% of sites cancel the bet. These guys graded it as a loss. Thats about all you need to know.

Your payout system is horrible.... As I came to a bonus after playing for 20 min. And losing money the game playing created a glimpse and stated ERROR right before the bonus game. I figured no big deal. It'll refund the money for the time I invested but no. The game resets and did not refund. SCAM
