BEWARE! DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. I have over 11 emails to them as well emails to GOFO shipping. Never recieved my item. This company said it was an address issue. I verified my address and they confirmed it wasthe correct one. All they said was so sorry not sure what happen. I received another excuse after asking for a refund. I was told they shipped a new one out at no charge. Provide another shipping tracking.. again false data.
The shipping company said contact vendor has they have never recieved item to ship.

When purchasing item, I read the description where it says items are Sterling silver and 18k gold plated..
I bought it on a sale for $50 each, as I bought one for my friend and I... If i had to have paid the original price of around $100, I would have been more pissed than what I am now!! Cheap items from China, not custom made at all.. No 925 marking on the necklaces at all, looks cheap and nasty.. Must say I feel a little embarrassed to give something as poor quality to my friend.

Order number and track number is not recognised. They do not reply to emails.
It is a scam, do not order.

Absolutely terrible experience. This is a complete scam. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. They drop ship from Shein. And their customer service is aggressive and will threaten you if you have any issues. I REPEAT DO NOT BUY FROM THEM

I ordered the kingdom cross necklace and i absolutely love my necklace. i've literally been getting compliments on it everyday. Really good communication from customer service as well, id defs order again

Necklaces were bought for Christmas presents, emailed and messaged the business they’ve given zero transparency.
No tracking details even though I updated for the insurance and tracking.
I’ve now been waiting over 2 weeks and have not received any updates.

Don’t buy with this brand absolutely disgusting service provided. Zero professionalism.

I did receive my jewellery but only after raising a complaint with PayPal, the necklaces arrived in little plastic wallets and the chains look very cheap. I had intended to gift it but couldn’t, and one of the chains broke.
They responded to my enquiry stating they should come with jewellery pouches but they didn’t and honestly I wouldn’t buy from them again, poor service, poor presentation and cheap quality! Which is a shame as I would always like to support Christian sites

I order my necklace the buy get two free almost a month ago and still haven’t received a confirmation a tracking or anything so yes i think i have been scammed!!! About two weeks I got a email about shippment been backed up and a 15% discount on my next order but why wouldn’t I order again if I haven’t received my first order?
Next time I will just order from SHEIN because I think I see the necklace on there and they may not be ready but at least I know I would have received it!!

I bought the message bottle earlier this year and now taking out for Christmas and actually reading and looking at them. After reading some of these…. I just want to share how much my son will love and need these (he’s 16). I’m going to tell him to take one everyday and when feeling a certain way- then grab another one, the color you need. Exceeded my expectations!!
Quick note… My son is an athletic and popular child in his high school but inside struggles with his own demons. These messages will go farther than we will ever know.

Chain rusted within the week! Only the cross and crown is good, terrible, bought 3 as gifts

I purchased jewelry and it was really high-quality and it was such a seamless and easy process and they were very responsive. Great prices great quality I would highly recommend it.

If I could give 0 stars I would.
Their products are poor quality, will change colour and rust right away. The customer service is terrible and you're left to do charge back as they refuse to refund. Items cheap and nasty.

We offered to send you a replacement countless times, and even offered to ship the necklace directly to your friend who you bought this as a gift for. Interesting to note that you bought 2 gold necklaces — why didn't you gift the one that didn't have discoloration?

We have tried our best to help you, despite receiving threatening messages from you. However, given that you have falsely accused our company of being a scam and have spammed our Instagram page with hateful comments, we will no longer be moving forward with a replacement or refund. We have zero tolerance for abusive behavior, and quite frankly, it's not our fault that you did not read the terms and conditions and our return policy prior to checking out. Go ahead and file the chargeback, and we will be refuting the chargeback with evidence of our shipping and return policy, which you adhered to at checkout, as well as all the emails documented of us trying to help sort out a replacement for you. Given your abusive, angry behavior, we will no longer be engaging in further discourse with you.

After reviewing your profile on Trustpilot and seeing the flood of angry, negative reviews you leave other businesses, it's clear that you've made it your full-time job to take your personal frustrations and lash out at businesses who are just trying to help you. Since you are keeping the jewelry, I hope the power of Jesus can really bring more calm to your heart so you can stop spewing so much anger into the world.

To also further add now searching their company I can see you can buy their products from $hien for £1.06. Or maybe that's where they buy their products from. Either way quality, customer service you can see what your getting and this is the only review you will ever need on them.

I love my necklaces! I got the buy 1 get 2 free special and I gave them to my sisters so we could match! Great customer services and received my order in a week. Will be great for holiday gifting.

I've had my necklaces for a few months now, and they're still going strong!! I love wearing my faith on my neck. I would say the necklaces look better in person than in photos. Beautiful jewelery, good customer service, I would highly recommend!!

Placed my order, once i received it there had been an error. I contacted them and spoke with Katie, it was sorted and resent immediately!! She was so very lovely and I have since re ordered from there!! I would definitely use again!! I'm from UK so it took a few days for arrival please but it's to expected!!
