I've had my necklaces for a few months now, and they're still going strong!! I love wearing my faith on my neck. I would say the necklaces look better in person than in photos. Beautiful jewelery, good customer service, I would highly recommend!!

Placed my order, once i received it there had been an error. I contacted them and spoke with Katie, it was sorted and resent immediately!! She was so very lovely and I have since re ordered from there!! I would definitely use again!! I'm from UK so it took a few days for arrival please but it's to expected!!

Ladies and gents, this is a scam website. Any 5 star reviews aren’t genuine. They are not performing as a Christian company and you will experience one of three: refusal for refund, broken jewellery or significantly delayed delivery of weeks to a month. Don’t bother. I believe their tactic is to get as many people as possible to invest £30 roughly, knowing that the money will never be refunded. Don’t waste your time and if you do fall for this scam, contact your bank

I got the initial cross bracelets for me and my bf and we love them! Unfortunately my bracelet got caught on my clothing and I broke it. I mentioned it to bornagain on their instagram that I was upset that my fave bracelet broke and they were so kind to send me a replacement! Sooo nice of them thank you!

I saw an ad for buy 1 get 2 free and I thought it was fake but I was like worsr case scenario I'll lose $30 bucks haha I'm glad I took a chance because not only did i receive my order fast but I'm pleasantly surprised with how beautiful my necklaces are. I've had them for 5 months now and they haven't tarnished

I ordered the cross pendant for men. The pendant is ridiculously big. I am not sure I have ever seen a man wear a pendant that large. I tried to be polite & get a refund with a nice attitude but they claim they do not give refunds for that item. I have every single email & order form, of which none state that it was a promotional & non refundable item. Had this site not been so proud of their "100% customer satisfaction" I would have choked it up to my own stupidity. But advertising as 'born again'/Christian jewelry & 100% satisfaction guarantee logo, I was very disappointed. I would have even settled for store credit but nope! They just sent 'condolences'!
I do not respect false advertising, while also advertising to be a christian company.

Scammers. Have not received my crosses, paid for beginning of month. Have been sending me weird emails saying im lying and messages on Facebook. Harrasment. This is not a Christian company, so many people have not recieved there crosses.
I find customer service scary. As member of the public we're allowed to give negative reviews without the company sending rude weird email replies .

Never received an order confirmation email or product at all, but they charged my account still. When I attempted to call the help number on the website, it was disconnected. Do not order from this site.

Never received item. Emailed and they said they'd fix it, it's been a month. So I disputed charges.

Item not received in timeframe specified, nor have they responded to my email chasing the purchase! Avoid!

Amazing service! I think since they were such a small business, there were some problems from what I've heard, just back and forth through emails with customer service, but now they are bigger and have stuff done now, everything was really nice and super friendly

If I could leave zero stars I would. This company is a disgrace. Save your money and never purchase anything from them.

I ordered three items and only two items where delivered, I sent an email to try to resolve, the responses were extremely slow and unhelpful. E.g: in order for us to assist please send us a picture of the item you didn’t receive? Not sure how I’d go about that!

Still being given the run around after over a month. Clearly going to have to chalk this lost up to lessons learned.

People are to harsh on these people ahah ,they are just a small business! Ive ordered 3 times from them and so many of my family have aswell, they come in nice little velvet bags and have their logo on it. Yes their not amazon but that's the point! Ive only had 1 thing wrong where my order got lost in the mail and they sent me a replacement! Some people wouldn't even bother. People keep acting like they have full control over the mailing system lol relax a little!

Ordered buy one get two free, should have known at the start it was a scam. Received an update email today saying that they had been delivered, poorly written. Plus on the shop website it reads order details cannot be found.
I have got my bank involved to call back the payment. AVOID THIS COMPANY THEY'RE TOTALLY SCAMMERS

Terrible! Ordered 6 necklaces for friends! Asked to cancel and they refused. They also didn’t send them to me and stopped replying.. Awful! Had to ask my credit card company to intervene.
