Excellent customer service my smart watch did not work they sent replacement straight away that did not work either so they gave refund straight away

My parcel was lost in transit, when I emailed to ask what would be happening, I got very fast and helpful responses regarding my refund.

Contacted them numerous times and no response at all.
Both are gifts so have two very disappointed relatives.

There was a slight delay in delivery and mybrandlogic were very quick to respond and provide information.
Also confirmed when delivery was made.

Ordered a smart watch for my daughter it did not arrive when stated I gave it a few more days then contacted the seller who responded very quickly and offered me a refund. Seller is great to communicate with and very helpful this mishap will not stop me from ordering again. Thank you very much for your help

I never got my order on the date it was expected, so emailed the seller, and got a very helpful response, my order was lost in transit, so the supplier offered to do a resend with my permission, which i happily gave, they emailed back saying my order was despatched and how long i would have to wait, even though i haven't had my order yet knowing it will take a bit longer isn't a problem, the sellers response to my email was quick and efficient, and i will still order from them, thank you seller
