It arrived by the 31st December 2019. You get hiccups ordering online but I can honestly say they corrected the problem very quickly.

I made a mistake, and duplicated an order for my grandson's present (after my daughter had already ordered).
I could see from the rules set out by Wowcher, that I was not due a refund, but thought I would ask directly of Mybrandlogic. And they were perfect, understanding my mistake, not pointing any finger of blame, and going out of their way to help me. And all this within 48 hours.

I orded some bluetooth earphones from my brand logic and although the audio quality from one earbud i was very impressed with the other seemed to be faulty as no audio played back so i contacted customer service and they handled my case with such professionalism it was supuberb honestly couldnt be improved i will deffiently be buying from mybrandlogic again!!

I ordered an alexa compatible extension lead but unfortunately it never arrived. Mybrandlogic dealt with my issue immediately and after they tried to locate my order but couldnt find it they offered me a full refund. The customer service was great. I would fully recommend them.
