Being able to contact parents, giving them feedback about their children on the this app is amazing. You can share pictures check in and out. Set goals also!

Easy to use and the parents love the updates

I think the idea is smart in some ways but I tend to disagree with the tablet in other ways. It is great so the parents don’t have your phone number.
The reasons I don’t like it is I tend to disagree with all these electronic devices. It is a hassle for the parents to sign in too. Also I don’t enjoy carrying this large tablet around.

We use brightwheel daily for a school age after school program. The room system has been phenomenal for our bus routes to check in students as they enter the bus.

Brightwheel has been very helpful
In helping me stay organized from the moment I opened my new center. My families as love the communication and it has been a very important piece of enrollment for my center.

Super convenient for my classroom. Easy to keep track of the daily activities and duties. Parents love it for the communication and updates throughout the day.

I really like Brightwheel it just needs a few more options that it doesn't eat this time. One option it needs is for us (staff) to be able to see when we clocked out or in. Also being able to edit things in bulk (multiple kids at time) would be nice. We can input info in bulk but if you mess something up then you have to go in and correct it under each kid.

I love being able to stay in contact with my parents throughout the day even when I’m in the class room! My parents love the updates and the phots they received it really brings another level of comfort for them when they are at work.

So far brightwheel has been one of the engines that successfully keeps my business moving

This app is keeping our school on track! The instant communication is wonderful. It's almost like a live instagram for the parents!

I love Brightwheel! It lets me document all the activities the kids do during the day. Parents have told me how much they love seeing what their child is doing in real-time!

I love the brightwheel app. It is so easy to use and to update my parents! The parents love receiving updates throughout the day and pictures of the kiddies. Many times I have chatted with the brightwheel team and they are always ready to help or fix a problem.

We are not a typical daycare, but a small special needs private school. My billing is so much easier. I get my money quicker and it is less expensive than my quick books account.
I love the ability I have to keep communication with the families in 1 place.

I really like Brightwheel as a tool to use in my school. We are still new to BW, but so far super easy to navigate. Parents and Staff all love the ease and consistency of it. The only missing part for me, as a manager, is the ability to add staff scheduling. Once that part is added, it will be amazing!

Brightwheel is great for communicating with parents . It helps us stay organized and have all the important information at out fingertips . It would be helpful to be able to put a date range in the calendar for multiple days off during school vacations instead if having to put in each day individually. Otherwise , we love it . We had to evacuate today and were able to communicate with parents effectively and efficiently. The app made all the difference - parents felt informed in a timely matter . Made a huge difference

I love brightwheel! I love how it opens the lines of communication between the staff and parents. I love receiving pictures and seeing how my child is doing!

I love it because I checked all the kids in my school and let the parents know how there child doing any time.
