Very Informative And Makes Parents Feel At Ease And It Prevents The Overuse Of Paper.

I really enjoy using brightwheel. It is easy to figure out. If any questions or concerns arise, their support team is excellent at guiding you through any issues and answering any questions. There are some improvements I would like to see with the website, but they are minimal and won’t stop our center from using it. There are improvements happening all the time and the support you receive from the time you sign up is phenomenal.

Love the fuctionality of the app. So easy to use and the parents love the invoice/pay option.

Brightwheel is a very helpful tool to use. Although I am still learning a lot about it, I can see how this will improve the workplace/school.

The Brightwheel is very good.
I like its menu that is clearly and friendly.
I like the Charge Library that can help me reduce to input wrong invoices.
I like that it has enough reports. If the Billing Transactions report include the invoice number will be better.

The App seemed very user friendly at first, but using it daily now I find it frustrating. There are many things I would like to be able to do that I can't, like toggle between children and or families without having to go back to the student tab or family tab. Billing would be so much easier if I could also toggle between accounts, as well as make changes that occur immediately instead of waiting for the next month to show.
I would also like to be able to take credit cards from third party without the hassle of making them a parent and then taking them off. I didn't go back to Tadpoles because I wanted a system that was capable of the billing portion as well as attendance, pictures, and lesson planning.

I have used this app twice at my old job and recently in my own. I love the app just wish parents would use it more.

Brightwheel is perfect for our childcare! Parents love how it lets them stay super connected with their child throughout the day. Administratively it makes many processes a breeze. Brightwheel helps puts your childcare above the rest!

I really like brightwheel it is super easy to use . The only thing I don’t like it that the employees can’t see there time card

Easy to use, quick and easy parent sign-up and no cost to them. I can report everything on there about how their child's day is going. Can record diapers, food intake, etc. Can receive payments through Brightwheel. The only thing I wish was different is that it takes 2 business days after parent pays for funds to reach my account. So, when parent pays on Friday, I do not receive funds until Tuesday. Both parents and I love it!

Although I have just started using it and it is too early to tell how I feel about it as I also haven't used everything on the site yet. I am enjoying it and am learning as I go, my teachers seem to enjoy it and my parents are liking the daily updates of their children and the security that it offers. I also am liking the ease of the billing part as it is saving me paper and time. I am very please as of now and look forward to the months ahead as I figure it all out.

I use the app on my phone, it is convenient. Not difficult to learn to use. The ratio function is handy, however a refresh option would improve it rather than to resubmit the action each time something is changed. Overall it’s a very useful app. Great for providers and parents alike. Keeping the lines of communication open is a must when caring for kids and this app aids with that when lots of staff or different parents are involved.

I love brightwheel and all it has done to improve our program and mostly communication with our families. Everything is so user friendly and it has improved the childcare experience for our families, teachers and office staff. I cannot say enough good things about brightwheel and HIGHLY recommend it to all early education centers!

Bright wheel has been great for the preschool
/daycare I have been working at. Makes it easy to check kids in/out and has been beneficial in communicating with other workers and parents.
