Francois was extremely helpful and provided us with a seamless experience. Excellent service, pleasant to work with and timely. Unfortunately our experience with DHL in Vancouver was very different.

The entire process was extremely well managed. From vetting and approval of photos (that we took ourselves), through submission of the application and supporting documents, we were guided expertly by our consultant Natasha. Our passports arrived earlier than we had expected and I highly recommend the service.

Straightforward, clear instructions and really efficient. Kept up to date on all stages of the renewal of a very old passport. The courier costs and service are included in the cost which makes the whole process seamless and really easy. Glenda was great! Well worth it.
