My last UK passport was issued in 1985 - so I had to apply for a passport from scratch. There were a number of issues with my birth certificate and the spelling of my mother's name. These complications were difficult for me to resolve. But with the consistent, kind and patient correspondence, Saretha guided me through the maze and I now have my passport. I don't think I could have done this without her help, thanks a million.

I’m a dual UK/Canadian citizen living in USA as a permanent resident. My prior UK passport expired in 1994 so this application was treated as a 1st time passport application. I was assigned to Robyn who was phenomenal with my application process from initial consultation, submission of documents and going to bat with HMPO when informed that a document wasn’t located at HMPO knowing that I had submitted it. Fortunately it was located and passport approved.
Robyn kept me informed along the way so there wasn’t any guessing where the application stood with HMPO.
I’ll be using their services again to obtain my sons 1st passport.

I was dealing with a person called Miguel and his dealing with my Passport renewal was so very efficient. His replies to my emails were prompt, he dealt with finding my original passport had my name spelt wrong very efficiently and he explained everything so well.
The whole process was outstanding and I felt like I was dealing with a real knowledgeable person.

Very easy to deal with and Natasha, our consultant, was very attentive and ensured we sent in the correct documents as required. A single payment covered the cost of the passport, and the pick up and delivery of the passport docs, and the passports themselves. Would not hesitate to recommend them.

As a senior, I found the process daunting, but the consultant assigned to me helped me with the task. The advice I received from the consultant was always clear as were the forms I had to complete.There were difficulties with a name change that had to be made, but the appropriate forms were sent electronically to me to correct the problem.
Obtaining a digital passport photo was a problem. Likely because of my white hair,the first two photos I submitted were not accepted and I had to resort to having a grey rinse put into my hair before it was acceptable.
I started this process in February 23 (Passport enquiry Advice # 517141653) and I received the new passport April 21st which seems to me a long time for the process to happen.
My Canadian passport suggest that the details for a contact persons be written in pencil so that a change could be made should the persons contacted also change. I note that this is not the case on the page in the British passport.

We were very impressed with the help that our "case manager" gave us. We are in Tasmania, so big time difference with England - but Juan-Pierre always answered queries and emails overnight so we had the answer the next day. And he made the steps simple too,
