The entire experience was so easy…. Booked online, paid before going, communication was good and My Car team were polite. The only downfall was that I would have preferred a more itemised invoice of what exactly was done

The Turban guy is so polite and shows a lot of respect and dignity, and the way he shows professionalism and knowledge of car servicing is insane. Over all its very satisfactory experience and definitely will be back for next car service.

I recently had an oil and filter change. Now I think my car is leaking oil. The mechanic that changed the oil filter broke the piece the oil filter is screwed onto. They replaced it. Now the car is leaking oil. I need to get this checked, but I don't want to take it back to Midland. They are incompetent. What shall I do, any recommendations?
