Well it was good until I left only to get home they didn’t install or close the air flilter - now a week out I have to take the car back to the dealership as errors have now popped up in the car

Easy to book online for the pink slip my car required, next day service available, easy to find and appreciate that it’s close to the shop so I could keep my toddler busy while we waited. Liked being able to pay online at booking and easy process on the day with text messaging once the service was done. There was no receptionist on the day so we did need to wait for a good 15+ minutes for someone to attend to us when dropping the car off so that would be the only negative thing. Otherwise was very impressed and will be taking my car there for future servicing.

Staff are always friendly, give honest opinion and advice

This would be my 3rd or 4th time dealing with the team at mycar Campbelltown I believe and i could not fault them in anyway. Always excellent service and car feeling like new

The rear wiper was not replaced and my tyres were not rotated but I was charged for both.

After service in August, I have an oil leak, 1335 klms later. It looks like Oil Filter was not sealed properly as oil is clear amber coloured and in the right place for this to be the problem. 
Car has only done 67745 klms in total.
I only found out about the oil leak last week when a neighbour told me there was oil in my parking spot.
They also wanted to do my brakes and a wheel alignment to which I said no.
I will do the wheel alignment when I need new tyres!
Customer Service no humans, store says its closed and it is Monday so should be open. Not happy at all.

Really bad service, id rate 0 if i could. I came here for several years with no complaints, but after how I was treated the other day, ill never come back again.

Booking my car in for tyres was very easy to do . Look up my rego & it showed me the tyres for my car & the prices .Rang my tyre & booked car in with wheel alignment,car was ready before the time allocated.Text message as soon as it was ready . People on the counter very nice . Always take my car to “ mycar” at campbelltown .My tyres looked good,price was good ,staff & service excellent.

It was easy to make an appointment. They had the tyres ready when they said. The service was done in the estimated time.

Job was done well but bit of a discrepancy in the quoted price, I would suggest getting quote in writing otherwise you need to trust the guy who says that’s the price cause he wrote it in his notes

Polite staff ,they keep you informed when doing there work if something else needs repair or adjusted

Chen and the boys are always helpful and give great advice. Smooth experience from drop off to collection.

Phone booking was prompt & efficient.
A little disappointing that the on-line booking system failed on repeated attempts when trying to book & obtain the $100- discount even though I am in the mycar system.

I dealt with Paul and Possibly a guy named Danny .
They were excellent in their customer service .
