I’ve been to this workshop twice now, and both times I received professional and reliable service. The guy at the reception (I forgot to check his name) was absolutely great. He made me feel confident that my car was in good hands. He clearly explained which parts needed changing now and what should be looked at in the next service.

All my five stars go to that guy excellent customer service and a very honest approach. Highly recommend this workshop

I went to this place for car servicing…

I went to this place for car servicing when I was new to driving, and it was a terrible experience. They charged me over $200 just for a basic service and then scared me into fixing things that didn’t actually need fixing. They told me my car would break down and I’d spend a lot more if I didn’t agree.

They also pressured me to change my tyres, brake pads, and rotors. Later, my dealership told me those parts didn’t need replacing for at least two more services, and they almost cancelled my warranty because of what this shop did. The dealership also said they would have done the same work for $500–$600 less.

I regret going there. Never again. They will spam you with calls and photos and try to make you pay for unnecessary work. Be careful.

Caused Extra Damage - Won't Claim Responsibility

Dropped the car off for a logbook service, and to replace a window regulator.
The window was still held in place very intact and strong, just not able to lower and raise safely.

Was advised of initial service costing and parts for the window regulator not available but can be ordered in.

When picking up the car, found that the window is now held up only by some clear tape.
Was advised that the "window dropped" and now won't stay up by itself, very misleading and made us think it was just random and no one to fault.

Reviewing our dashcam footage found that the mechanic had lowered the window, and raised it whilst doing a test drive. Broke the window regulator, heard a loud CRACK and then cussed himself out for making that mistake.

Lied on paper and in person, and on the phone, saying that it just fell and won't go back up.
When brought up the dashcam footage, suddenly the entire conversation turned into ; `Booking notes said the regulator was already broken so it's not something we will cover, it was already broken'

No apology or mention about the lying, about how it truly broke, or compensation for the fact I cannot park my car on the driveway safely now as the window is barely held on by tape, and the long weekend plans were ruined not having our car.

Customer care was next to helpless, citing the same after reviewing all the footage, not acknowledging any lies or how the window was broken, just citing my booking notes mentioning a failing window regulator and that they cannot help me.
