Gentlemen at the consierge was nice and friendly, and tried to do everything that he can, but he couldn't help the short-staffed store. I booked a tyre change at 11:30 am and had to wait until 3 pm for them to do mine. And it was light work for them. I came up and checked by 1 pm when they just removed my old tyres, but after 2 hours still nothing happened. So I had to give them a buzz and it was literally 10 min's work. Apparently they forgot my car completely! I was then offered apology and informed of they were short-staffed on that day, but this shouldn't have happened to such a large franchise!

Absolutely a fuss-free experience getting a puncture repaired under the mycar Tyre Care Plan. Simply made an online enquiry, had a booking for two days time, and then an hour or two after dropping off the car the tyre was fixed, inflated and back to its usual position. All at no cost thanks to the complimentary Tyre Care Plan.

John explained everything clearly that needed to be done to my car.
It was all done in a timely manner and the location is user friendly as it is in the Marion shopping centre.

I've heard MyCar get a bad rap in forums, but I dealt with Thomas and John and they seemed like very genuine guys. They diagnosed a list of items which could be serviced and e-mailed me an itemised quote without pressuring me to do any of it, as well as telling me I didn't need to service something I thought I probably would have to.

John and the team were awesome at getting me back on the road straight away.

I recently needed a tyre repair in a hurry as I live in a semi rural area and got a flat tyre on my way to the city. The service at both the Noarlunga and Marion Mycar workshops was excellent. The staff were friendly and helpful and I drove away feeling that good service can still be found!
