5 stars for Mount druitt branch but general mycar website is crap…
This rating is purely for the mount druitt branch. Good fast service for Mount druitt Mycar branch, and staff are always friendly and will explain things to you.
But for mycar in general-- I don't like the website -- always unable to book (esp when they have promos) saying my car is elusive eventhough i have been with them for 5 years. Dodgy promos, my brother could not book and gets the same message for his honda everytime they advertise a promo

Had my Radiator replaced and had a service it was a very pleasant experience.
He communicated everything from start to finish. Even when the hose connection failed it was fixed the next.day and tested without further problems.
I recommend coming to my car Mt. Druitt highly and will come back for my other cars.
