Mostly fine service but forgot to replace my coil pack and leads with new coil pack and leads, didn't ask which oil brand I'd prefer on oil change and went for a premium by default, since I've had intermediate start up misfires and driving backfires. Though this could be the coil pack I won't know until it's changed.
Forgot to change one old dry rotted tyre to new that I paid for previously, I did go back to get this changed later at no charge. Also shined up all other tyres.
Have been helpful in answering my questions or concerns and curiosities about my vehicle. Staff are very friendly seem to understand and have care and respect for myself and my vehicle.
Have been trying their best to help me figure out a random 80km vibration. Even through a little of my upset moods.
I'd prefer over others if I could help provide parts for my specific vehicle.
I was given reasons for why they don't allow this I understand absolutely. But as they know I'm always asking questions about my vehicles health and parts including size and the "why,how" question. 😆

Unscheduled tyre repair completed quickly.
I had a puncture in one of my tyres, went to Redbank MyCar explained that I had an appointment to attend, and needed the tyre fixed quickly. MyCar responded well and completed the repair in the time I needed. Much appreciated.

The phone booking was a bit of a mix up and we arrived at the wrong mycar .But the gentleman there wàs very nice accepted my car and replaced my tyres and did a wheel alignment very happy with the price the time and service
