Reliable and Responsive

I've visited mycar a couple of times in the last 6 months as I've had issues with radiator hose and the radiator breaking down. Andrew and team have been really amazing at accommodating me on short notice and have ensured quality service every time. Always appreciate the service and time from the team and will definitely return.

Friendly service with a good…

The gentleman who met me at the counter…

The gentleman who met me at the counter was excellent.
The cost was a bit expensive and the roadside assistance was great but I couldn’t cancel my racv roadside assistance so it was not helpful. I would have preferred a slightly lower fee instead.

Extremely disappointing experience.

I had an extremely disappointing experience with this mechanic and would strongly caution others before bringing their car here.

I took my car in last Thursday for a basic service, which should include standard checks such as oil levels and general inspection. The very next day my car displayed a warning saying the oil level was low and that I needed to add oil immediately. This was alarming considering the car had just been serviced.

When I called the workshop on Saturday morning to explain the issue, the person I spoke to was dismissive and initially unwilling to look at the car that day. I explained that my car was actively telling me to add oil immediately and that I didn’t feel comfortable driving it in that condition. It was only after pushing the issue that they reluctantly agreed to look at it.

When my car was eventually inspected, I was told that both the oil sensor and bonnet sensor were “faulty” and that this was simply a coincidence. I was also told that the only issue they found was that my bushings need replacing. This was confusing and concerning, as in my previous three or four services I’ve been told that multiple components required attention, including brakes needing replacing, an engine oil leak, amongst other things, none of which were mentioned this time.

To make matters worse, my engine light has now come on following the service and this was not addressed at all.

When I raised my concerns, the manager Andrew’s response was essentially that it was just a coincidence and that if I wasn’t happy I could “take it up with the customer care team.” This level of accountability and customer service is unacceptable.

As a 23 year old woman, I feel completely taken advantage of and dismissed. I brought my car in expecting a routine service and instead left with new warning messages, unexplained sensor “failures,” and an engine light that was not present before. My car is now in a worse state than when I brought it in.

I have never experienced such poor quality service or such dismissive customer treatment. I will absolutely not be returning and would not recommend this workshop to others.
