Staff member who saw to me was awesome and informative.
Service of my Hilux was quick and efficient.

Customer service, helpful & staff were kind - only thing is a zip tie must have come loose and now the plastic underneath is flapping around.

I recently had my car serviced and couldn’t be happier with the experience. The work carried out was exactly what was needed, and the pricing was fair and transparent, which is always appreciated.
What really stood out, though, was the service. The apprentice, Zane, stepped up and handled responsibilities well beyond his role, essentially taking on a manager’s duties with confidence and professionalism. He went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, was incredibly helpful throughout the process, and took the time to explain everything clearly so we felt fully informed.
It’s rare to come across someone so dedicated and customer-focused. Zane is an absolute asset to the team and truly deserves recognition!

They were able to book an appointment later in day instead of waiting until following week to fit 4 new tyres. Felt a lot safer driving with new tyres. Customer service was excellent and friendly. The only improvement would be reception/waiting area needs a makeover.
