Happy with the work they do there. I have been going to Mycar Strathpine for years. My vehicle is an old 1998 Toyota Camry Conquest. This tells you that they can look after the older models. The shop keeps her going well.

The pre-booking of service including replacement Pirelli tyres was smooth and efficient. The full service was completed as scheduled in one day. Everything I had asked for was carried out satisfactorily EXCEPT for the wheel balancing. I had to drive on the freeway north the day after the service and I noticed a slight shimmy in the front wheels/steering at 110kph. I hope to return to Mycar Strathpine in near future to have that corrected. Everything else was satisfactory and I will continue to have my vehicle serviced by Mycar.

Honest, reliable, friendly
Requested quote for 60k service, and replacement rear brake shoes and drums due to squeal when braking.
I was able to drop off the car the day prior due to early start at work.
The day of service, I was informed of the completion of work on my vehicle.
Upon pickup, I was informed that the rear brakes and drums were not needed as there was 80%+ life left, the squeal was coming from the front where the mechanic cross hatched the front brake pads, which has stopped the squeal.
Appreciate the honesty, also appreciate the money back in my pocket as I wasn't charged for the work that wasn't needed.
I'll be back with the second car.

I’ve been taking my car gere for years now and always happy with the service and their advice.
Not advised to replace battery during the service.
I have given this low rating because you did not ring me during the service and tell me my battery needed replacing. Instead this was noted in the summary sheet when I picked up the car and I wasn't aware of the battery problem until then. Consequently my battery went flat two days later and I sat in my car 2 hours 45 minutes waiting for Roadside Assist. I should have been contacted at the time of the service and asked whether I wanted the battery replaced at that time. Like most people I would have definitely said `yes'. I could not fault the counter staff...it is just the system that needs attention so no-body else is in my situation
