I had an amazing experience. I got sent a quote and immediately someone rang to explain it to me and highlight what should be done immediately and want could wait so I don't get overwhelmed. Was very much a non pressure experience and felt confident my car was in good hand and respectful of my priority.

I went to the Torquay site for assistance with a head light repair. It wasnt a big job but I couldnt do it myself. You young guy there was super friendly and completed the quick repair. When I asked cost he declined and just asked I give a review. I was stoked and nice to see people who will just help out for the sake of it. They definitely have kept this customer out of good will alone.

What brilliant service! I was pleasantly surprised to discover that because I had bought my tyres from mycar torquay less than a year ago, they replaced my tyre (which had a nail in it) with a new one at no cost. Their communication was fantastic and everything was ready when they promised. Highly recommended.

The time quoted for a straight job, ie. replace drive shaft on a vw golf. Way too long. Cost should have been half of what is was. It would be nice to have a coffee machine in your office.

So easy to book. The man was lovely and the put the tyres on my car very quickly.

The guys at Mycar Torquay are awesome. Super friendly, helpful and accommodating. I have taken both my Prado and Tesla for mechanical services and tyre replacements. These guys are now my go to for any issues with my Prado or Tesla.
