Had a screw lodged in my tyre, mycar Salamander Bay immediately saw to the issue and removed the screw and inspected it for any leaks free of charge. Great service.

What a scam. Kumho sale 30% .... Tried to buy multiple different 4wd tyres for my car and guess what NO STOCK. The web site says low stock on all the 4wd tyres which translates to no stock! All the passenger car tyres are in stock.... strange that. I was offered different brand tyres at full price that I can buy cheaper elsewhere. Why should you bother with this fake sale.

MyCar Head Office and Nowra store – disappointing service experience. All I wanted was for an email to be passed on to Nowra by HO. Email request for pink slip documentation and window motor appraisal. Promised 1–2 day response time. 10 days passed with no reply from Nowra and no followup from HO. I escalated to head office. I was advised to "phone them" despite my original preference for written communication (for accuracy). HO failed to follow-up when Nowra remained silent. Matter was closed by Customer Care Coordinator without resolution. They claim "customer first" mantra, clearly a SAY-DO gap there - hollow rhetoric. Sad, since I had previously had good impressions of Nowra Store. No longer.

A tyre puncture on a cold, wet day is not what you want.
I went to Mycar Wyoming unannounced. They willingly offered to repair the puncture as a priority. They had me back on the road in the time it took to enjoy a cup of coffee. The staff were friendly and the service was excellent. Based on my experience I can highly recommend Mycar Wyoming.

Return customer after living away from area. Arrived very late in afternoon to get screw in tyre looked at, the guys at Arana Hills took care of my issue on the spot, I honestly figured I just be getting a quote at that time of day. 20 mins later received a phone call saying ready to go! Less than one star. They missed a massive crack in my radiator and all of the leaks from my air condition system and didn’t top up coolant etc etc etc.
