If every service provider operated like My Care My Home, especially Shaz, the world would undoubtedly improve. Shaz's passion and forward-thinking approach are commendable.Initially, I was overwhelmed by the endless online care options and contacted providers who weren't easy to communicate with. Shaz stepped in, understood my needs, and presented three solutions in less than a day. He checked in the following day to help arrange one of the options. In just 24 more hours, a care provider visited my mom for an assessment and started services by the week's end.The impact this had on our family and my mom as a patient is beyond words. Her mood, spirit, and outlook transformed once care was established.The takeaway for me was clear: there's no need to navigate this alone when MCMH can handle everything for you. THANK YOU!!!

They don't want to refund me my money back. I used the app one day ti find a cleaner. I forgot to unsuscribe.i end paying 50£ and this people don't want to give me money back. Stay away from them. They have fake profile you won't get any responses from any cleaner.

if all Service Providers behaved like My Care My Home did (or specifically Shaz did!) the world would be a better place. He has a clear enthusiasm for what he does and a proactiveness to pay for.

Basically I was swimming around in a mush of internet based options and care providers not easy to communicate with when Shaz took my requirements, came up with 3 options in less than a day, then followed up proactively the next day on how he could organise one of them for me. Within 24 further hours we had a care provider turning up at my mums for an assessment and started before the end of the week.

The difference this made to us as a family and my mum as a patient is immeasurable. My mums mood, spirit and outlook changed totally as soon as care was in place.

Why try do it for yourself when MCMH can do it all for you is the lesson I learnt. THANKYOU!!!
