EXCELLENT COMPANY TO DEAL WITH
I spoke with my car import back in December only to ask them a question about a vehicle that i imported using a different company, they was so helpful giving me the info & they got nothing out of it only being helpful, so i needed help to register my truck spoke with James 18 days later truck is registered i was kept informed throughout the application.
I can highly recommend them for importing a vehicle.

Communication was prompt and their portal was very easy to use, Everything was done within a couple of weeks and I am now in receipt of my new UK registration plates. My Car Import made the entire process of reimporting my car back to the UK very easy and painless. I've no doubt that it was also a faster process than trying to deal with HMRC/DVLA directly.

If you're in need of help with importing a vehicle, then look no further. It's not often that a service provider exceeds your every expectation, but My Car Import has done that and more.
Their service removes all of the worry and complexity for the customer, and it's seamless. Their team are extraordinarily competent, cooperative and customer focused. The entire process is handled with superb efficiency, and you're kept informed and updated throughout. The team goes above and beyond in helping to accommodate requests, and you're made to feel as though nothing is too much trouble.
These guys deal with some fabulous cars, but they treated my old Land Rover like a Ferrari.
This service has been worth every penny. I wholeheartedly recommend My Car Import.

I recently used this company to import my car to the UK from Cyprus. I can’t praise them enough for the work they did. The car arrived in excellent condition with the correct modifications for the UK. There was fantastic communication from the company throughout and they expertly guided me through the process, essentially turning what could have been a very stressful experience into a breeze. Quick to respond and Professional
Quick to respond and I spoke with a person (not a bot); came up with a solution for our specific problem and our vehicle was licensed in a week (we had been waiting for the vehicle dealership to license the vehicle since July 2024 (8 months ago). MyCarImport did it in a week. Very professional and very responsive and their online portal make it very easy to upload documents and keep track of the application progress. Wouldnt look anywhere else when next licensing/ importing a vehicle into the UK.

I ended up using My Car Import because I was really struggling with all the requirements to import my vehicle after I had brought it across to the UK.
