They are attentive to emails and phone calls. All I had to do was email and post my documents, these guys did the rest.

Stress free handling of my car import
I used mycarimport to sort all the details out when I brought my car back from Jersey. They did everything required, I was kept up to date with everything with the portal link I was sent. I know if I had tried to do this myself I would have been stressed and using mycarimport it took all the hassle out for me. Shout out to James Lister who handled everything. Would recommend if you are importing a car.

Shipping our car is a 'daunting' experience or so I thought! My Car Import really made it 100% easy. They covered everything, from drop off to pick up including sending short videos at milestones in the process. When we had questions they answered in 24 hours and their quote was accurate to the last penny.

I found James to be very helpful. We had problems with HMRC being very non co-operative, regarding confirmation of duty being paid, but he got it done in the end.
