Bundle offer not received but resolved

Must have for potty training
I bought the clownfish potty for my daughter. We received it very quickly and she was so excited for her new potty she used it straight away. Now we take it with us every time we are out and about.

Great customer service
Great customer service! Our potty had a fault with the catch after 3 months and was not in return window for Amazon. After one email to this company they dealt with the issue promptly with no hassle and went out of their way to ensure a replacement was quickly sent. We really like the product too just unfortunate our particular one had a small fault with the catch. This company know how to act when something goes wrong with excellent customer service!

A really amazing bit of kit for potty…
A really amazing bit of kit for potty training. Would thoroughly recommend one. Especially since we don’t have a downstairs bathroom, this has provide invaluable. I felt the advice the company offered around potty training as helpful as the potty.

Simply the best!
We’ve got the travel potty and two seats and they’re just the best! The travel potty is so convenient for taking out and looks nice to carry around too. The seats fit lovely on our toilets, non slip and the handles make it easier and reassuring for little ones. Honestly worth every penny!

Excellent customer services
Recently purchased the toddler step and toilet seat. Unfortunately the toilet seat came broken in the post (I think during delivery) but as soon as I contacted customer services and asked whether a replacement was possible they replied within minutes and were very apologetic and helpful. I had a new toilet seat delivered by tracker Royal Mail almost immediately. Very pleased with the quality and choice of colours the company offers. We already have the travel potty and this is invaluable. Highly recommend.

The best travel potty ever!
This is honestly the best travel potty I’ve ever seen! The quality is amazing and it is truly leakproof, perfect if you don’t have somewhere close to dump it!
We love the compactness of it as well, and the fact that my 22 month old can hold it herself is a bonus!
