Excellent service

Excellent service, good support. I had a delayed quest in Survivor Idle Run where I had 3 days left to complete it, I wrote to the support service and they responded the same day and gave me compensation for the delay with further instructions on completing the quests. That's why I decided to give a good review for the prompt response.

My account is still under…

My account is still under investigation. That is what the screen shows when opening the app via stepler. It feels like they just give automatical responses. How do I know if a real agent is on the case or not? I have contacted them several times. I need a ticket to open my case. It is not fair to be banned not knowing why. They cannot even give any answer that is accurate. I habe been using stepler for over 2 years and I just started earning Diamonds. Your app is the one that gives the most reward. But it is the most problematic one too.

Scam

Yes, it has been 8 months and there is still no response. I think MyChips is probably a small company, and they are still ignoring me just to avoid paying me the $200.
It's not about the restriction; you told me you would pay me and you didn't. This is fraud.

They owe me 31$ as I have completed…

They owe me 31$ as I have completed many offers but I believe they stole the amount I was supposed to be paid from me using the excuse that the tracker was not working anymore. I have contacted them, they don't want to fulfill their word. I lost 3 weeks almost watching only ads every day for this. Also they paid the first missions, so I had no reason to believe it was a scam, until I advanced a lot and asked for support. The first offers were paid automatically so it was not a question of tracking as they say and will say. I'm very disappointed to have been scammed. Of course they will say things like they answered to whom they did the same thing, it's a bug, it's not our fault, you did something wrong, there's something wrong with your connection but I have done everything correctly and nothing was wrong with it

No transparency. No payment clarity.

After I reported payment differences:
• my account was suspended without a clear explanation
• no support response
• no reply to multiple emails

What I did:
• sent formal requests
• asked for proof of “suspicious activity”
• received no clear answer

What you should know:
• you work without real protection
• payment is not guaranteed
• if issues appear, there is no support

They are really quite bad at tracking…

They are really quite bad at tracking progress on tasks, I have been conned out of over half of what I should have earnt from the tracking supposedly becoming 'inaccurate' as soon as you get to the higher paying tasks, even with proof you will most likely not be reimbursed.

There are three game that never work I told you a bunch of time and you never reply if you going keep on working game you can either give me the coins or you can have a word with reportfraud. SCAM/FRAUD - Tracking breaks on purpose for high-tier rewards

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY. I completed the "Coin Fantasy Go" offer up to World 178. My tracking worked perfectly until World 75, proving that my connection and download were valid. As soon as the rewards became high-value, the tracking "mysteriously" stopped.
I contacted their support with undeniable proof: screenshots of my level (178), player ID, and receipts for 22 in-app purchases. Their support team is a joke—they sent me automated rejection emails in less than 3 minutes without even looking at my evidence. They claim to "manually review" but it's just a bot closing tickets to avoid paying users.
I had to get a full refund from Apple for all 22 purchases because of this fraudulent behavior. MyChips is a dishonest partner that refuses to honor its commitments once you've spent money and time. Stay away from this offerwall if you value your money.

What i personally think they can improve on!

I think they can improve by getting back to people a little bit quicker especially when someone has been waiting a long time. I don't know what happened and i don't come off as rude or insensitive but I think the mychips game section has downgraded a little bit in my opinion. I feel like there use to be a lot more games to choose from and the amounts they would pay you were higher. Of course I understand things change but I feel like there has been a bit of a drastic change with the options available.

SCAM

It's scam what will never payout.
They make you think your can resovle issues with customer support (who are absolutely brainless and devoid of any logic), making you jump hoops to tell you that they can't track, so too bad.
They will trick you as well by giving you the first milestones, until suddenly it can't track anymore on the bigger payouts.
