MyChips tracks small rewards ,later no payment

MyChips tracks small rewards, but “fails” to track higher ones.

I completed an offer for “Survivor Idle Run” via Clickworker. Early milestones were credited without issues, but once I reached higher rewards, tracking suddenly stopped.

Support gave a generic excuse about “untracked activity,” even though I followed all the rules (no VPN, same device, proper install).

If tracking worked at the start, there is no valid reason for it to fail only on higher payouts.

Very disappointing and feels misleading. I would not recommend using MyChips for time-consuming offers.

Tracking doesn’t intentionally stop at higher rewards, and we never design it that way. In some cases, progress tracking may stop midway due to factors such as connectivity issues (WiFi/mobile data interruptions), background app restrictions, or device-related settings, even if earlier milestones were tracked correctly.

Dont even bother!!!

Everything on internet is true about em! The moment when yoi complete higher offer it tracks without problems and instant you get charge back! Support is auto replying that problem is on ur side ofc! The only thing can improve them is to delete them!

A sign of scam

They rewarded for lesser rewards then immediately stop tracking progress on bigger rewards. when i submit a ticket about it they told me "you won't be able to get rewarded for any further task you might complete for this offer."
I've been farming and watching thousands of ads to grow in game. i was aiming to collect all available rewards for the task and they closed the whole offer without a reason.
dont trust this offerwall...

They don't pay.

MYchips is a frustrating app because when it works its great. But their system so often does not work and you won't get paid. Basically what happens is they tell you oh your tracking doesn't work for these reasons they provide three reasons that have nothing to do with your situation and they don't pay out. It happens in the middle of games you have already gained rewards for and for some strange reason half way through it just stops rewarding you. It happens on nearly every game you attempt so don't buy anything to get purchase rewards because those don't pay out either. In one case I got every reward until I made a purchase and none after. It's really a horrible waste of time and their customer support is worthless and they won't honor their offers.

When there's a reward didn't track I contact the support after 72 hours and they credited it , and after tha they just removed the game completely not letting me reach other reward damn bro , I rate 2 cause they give my 1 buck credit but they removed the game

One offer failed after hours of grinding for Growtopia gems

I use the offerwall to earn gems for Growtopia. Most of the offers actually worked fine for me, such as Mining Empire Idle and Dragon Farm, which tracked normally.
However, the offer for Superheroes Idle RPG failed after I spent hours grinding the required tasks. After progressing through several steps, the offer suddenly showed the message: “Offer closed: partial rewards issued for completed steps.”
This is extremely frustrating because players spend a lot of time completing these tasks in order to claim Growtopia gems. There was no warning that the offer could suddenly close, and now it prevents me from finishing the requirements and claiming the rewards I worked for.
Please respond to my case and provide helpful information on how this issue can be resolved. I would really appreciate assistance in fixing this problem so I can still claim the rewards from the grinding I already completed, which currently feels wasted.

sly scammers

I got paid for lesser rewards, then sent ticked after one reward did not received, they closed whole game reward tree (Superheroes idle RPG). Immediately after sending ticket I finished other reward and it worked. Moreover, I was ready to claim more rewards. I am sure this "problem with tracking" error is artificial - they deliberately cut tracking when it goes to higher rewards, so they do not have pay higher rewards. Similarly with “Survivor idle Run” game.

Most games tracked perfectly

Most games tracked perfectly. While some milestones didn't track (in-game purchases), their support team was very helpful in sorting the issue and reimbursed the missing rewards. Highly recommended.

never start a mychips offer !!!!

I recently had a frustrating experience with MyChips after starting an offer that initially tracked the first, lower-value tasks without any problems. Everything seemed to be working fine at the beginning, and I completed each step exactly as instructed. However, once I reached the $3 task and successfully finished it, the tracking suddenly stopped. The reward did not appear, and instead of properly investigating the issue, support responded by implying that I was somehow responsible for the “untracking issues.” I followed all the requirements carefully and did nothing differently from the earlier tasks that tracked correctly, so being blamed for a technical tracking failure felt unfair and disappointing.

Worst customer service In my life

So bad they give rewards in 5-7 days and some offers have only 20 days to complete also when they give some of rewards(not all) they automatically close whole offer also they don't have any website about customer service and mailing happens so slowly

I loved the game options

I loved the game options. Although I couldn't continue my first game because of reward issues, I got the chance to try out other games that had better rewards than I thought. The MyChips team are so fast on their support. Overall one of the best offer wall platform. Love it.

An offer wall with some caveats

On the 22 of February 2026 (about 6pm), I have completed an offer from MyChips offer wall on Freecash (Claim Mission #075 for the game Superheroes Idle RPG), worth 4388 coins. However, the offer was not registered as complete. To make a ticket, I was told to wait 72 hours before opening a ticket and provide relevant information.

72 hours later, as there was still no signs of the coins coming, I made a ticket to MyChips. Great that their support responded in less than 12 hours, albeit responding with this "Unfortunately we were unable to track your recent activities on this offer...In any case, we deeply apologize, but we are unable to provide support in this situation." (Not the full message). Confusing, considering previous offers I've done (Claim Mission #020 and Claim Mission #050) did pay.

I responded back, providing more screenshots, and a screen recording to show I have completed the offer. Ultimately, I was told that I couldn't be assisted with the offer in question due to the tracking issues.

I wish that my ticket was reviewed more thoroughly, as the two responses did not solve my issue of not receiving any reward. I was left feeling disappointed as I've spent hours to complete missions in Superheroes Idle RPG, but to run into this issue. With this in mind, I am worried to complete other offers knowing that I might not get compensated.

Looking at the game selection in MyChips, there are a few games to choose from to start earning. However, some games I've come across on the featured offers are lacklustre as the description of the game is short. The games featured in general have mission or level milestones for a reward, however are incredibly hard to complete. From using the offer wall, the game "Match Puzzle Journey" (A match-3 kind of game) is challenging to complete after level 100.

In conclusion, MyChips has potential as an offer wall, but the customer support could be improved. Since then, I am more sceptical on completing offers claiming a few dollars upon completion and I recommend only completing offers that are lower value.

Edit: Was unable to fix the issue. Their support team said that due to "tracking issues identified with this offer, we’re unable to provide further assistance in this case". Therefore, I've stopped playing the game linked to the issue.

My experience was better then expected. Personally I dont play games on my phone but wanted something stimulating and enjoyable at the same time.
