Well, I purchased this program to update my windows, however my computer is too old and wouldn't take it. The very next day I called and Tyler was very understanding and professional! I have my refund on the way, I would definitely do business with this company again....when I get a new computer😁

I initially had trouble loading the SW…
I initially had trouble loading the SW onto my computer and called the help line. Jake immediately answered the phone and within fifteen minutes sent me an alternative file that solved my problem. He made sure to let me know that if I had any further problems, I could contact him directly.
Another tech support person followed up the next day to make sure all was well with the software.
