I was having troubles installing an upgrade from windows 11 to 11 Pro kept getting errors. Alex was able to talk me thru what needed to be done to get things working. He was very patient with me as I have one hand and typing is hard. He is good at his job.

SCAMMERS! They sell pirated copies. They're not Microsoft Partners.
WARNING! THEY ARE SCAMMERS! They are NOT Microsoft Partners. I asked them for proof of their Microsoft Partnership since I couldn't find their profile on the Official Microsoft Partners Directory and they had not idea what was that.
If you're not a Microsoft Partner, you can't sell these types of licenses legally.
These scammers sell you pirated and illegal license keys at CSP prices to try to fly under the radar since, if they sell you a pirated license key for a low price like most pirate websites do, it would be too obvious they are not legit. So please stay away from these scammers! You can confirm this yourself by going into the Official Microsoft Partners Directory.
If you try to find these scammers on that directory, you will not find them. So please take the time to find REAL Microsoft Partners directly through the Microsoft Partners Directory so you don't get scammed.
