We figured an online company would be hard to get ahold of. Not this one! Every time we had a question their were right there to answer it. Real people called us, real people answered the phone. Quick, easy and professional

For a company that supposed to specialize in incorporating, I had to correct at least two separate times the information regarding an address, a name and titles of the owners (C corporation) for mycorporation.com in three separate phone calls, yes it should have taken one call. I almost could've done it myself but wanted the swiftness/convenience of a company that specializes in doing it for me.

My Corp charged my account for filing fess that I never agreed too. When I first spoke with my representative Scott he asked if we would be filling through them or taking care of the filling on our own. I advised that we would be taking care of it on our own. Recently they hit my account for the filling fees that I did not agree with them doing. I am almost convinced that this company is a scam. Research this company more before you proceed anything with them.
