Purchased the dash mat
Purchased the dash mat, arrived fairly quickly. Emailed customer services on the 23rd March, still have not had a reply to that email. It's now the 10th April. All in all you get what you pay for so i cant really complain.

Seat covers were not ideal however good customer service and refund issued
Incorrect seat covers that don’t fit my model of car, 2 passenger seats covers sent instead of 1 drivers 1 passenger and faulty stitching. After contacting the company about my issues the seat covers were returned and refund issued with no problem.

Two of the straps to to tie the seat…
Two of the straps to to tie the seat cover together snapped under minimal pressure.
The centre console cover is over sized and doesn’t fit - not even close.

Great product
Great product, fits well, speedy delivery. The pull down bit to get in behind the back seat/ cup holder could use a different design as the Velcro get stuck but overall very happy with the product. Might need some tips to get sand out of them but rather them then the actual car seats.

We also appreciate your note about the pull-down section and Velcro—this is super helpful, and we’ll definitely pass it along to our design team for improvement.
For removing sand, we recommend taking the covers out and giving them a good shake, then using a handheld vacuum or a soft brush to get any stubborn grains out. A quick rinse with water can also help if needed, just be sure to let them fully dry before reinstalling.

I ordered both rows and they came in separate mail a week apart. Installation takes a while but managed to get them on with 2 people. It stay really well on seats. Highly recommended!!!
Bonus point is that you can order swatches for free so u get to feel and test it in person based on your needs.

My husband fitted the custom car seat covers on for me... he had a frustrating time getting them fitted (working around metal bars under the back seats caused him some grief) but they look absolutely fantastic! They fit nice and tight and there's no sagging or creases anywhere. I got the black Neopropene with the red stitching, and they match my Diamond Red Outlander perfectly.
