Not only from mydays, I got an immediate reply from the event host, who invited us to participate in the "knighting ceremony" and receive personalized certificates. Great event & organization including roadmap for free parking 👍
Do not recommend buying this voucher. You struggle to book a place at the hotels, as the website calender is not sync to the hotels, so it shows incorrect availabilities. You have to choose a hotel, make a request (only one at a time), then wait for the hotel to respond (which can take several days), before you can make a new request at a new hotel. It cannot be used if you have fixed vacation days planned unless you are 100% flexible about the location, or the other way around you are 100% flexible in our vacation days if you want to go to a specific location. Overall very time consuming. Additionally the person that bought the voucher thinks they made you a good deal as the nights are already paid for, but since you have to pay for breakfast and dinner, for 4 nights for 2 people you have to easily calculate for additional 600 Euros+ just to read from others that the dinner consisted out of a low quality pizza and a dull Panna Cotta. Drinks have to be paid extra again. Very unfortunate!

During the last year my friends and I gifted MyDays vouchers to each other for our birthdays. For each one of these vouchers we had massive problems organizing the actual events and finding dates of availability. Having 1 possible date of availability per month is not acceptable (especially if that date is between Monday - Thursday).
To give you an example of the headaches I had to go through to get a Cocktail course organized for 5 people: I wrote emails back and forth with MyDays customer service multiple times before the customer service representative gave up and just sent me the local organizers contact details, telling me to organize the reservation myself directly with them. Literally one phone call later to the local organizer I had a reservation. To this day I still don't understand why this was not solvable on MyDay's side.
To sum it all up, in my eyes MyDays does not provide any added value. In the future we will only visit the MyDays webpage for gift inspirations and then book directly with the local organizers. This will surely save us money and countless headaches.

I was given two vouchers. They are supposed to be valid until 2021, based on the printed date on the voucher. When I tried to redeem them and check for available dates, I found that none of the 3 available dates this year will work for me, and that the vouchers actually expire in April of 2019, less than 9 months from now. When I called the support number, I was told that the expiration date on the website takes priority.
If you want to give someone a major headache, go ahead and gift them a Mydays voucher. If you don't, find something else. These people don't have their act together.

I got a certificate from MyDays.at as a birthday present and decided to book one of the hotels listed in the brochure.
Accordingly to the booking conditions written in the brochure I could book chosen hotel at any day, except period from mid July until mid September, for one night. I tried to make a reservation on MyDays.at but after 15 minutes got a rejection from the hotel. Just not to waste time I called the hotel directly to check room availability since on booking.com there were plenty of free rooms during selected dates.
Here is what manager of that hotel told me: they have a special quote for MyDays bookings and for certain period of time they can't book any room on the weekend! For example, that's the case in July. As you can imagine, this minor detail wasn't mentioned by MyDays.at at all!
Then the manager offered me to come by during the week in July, which was totally inacceptable! Fortunately, after a short negotiations he agreed to book a room for me and my GF during the weekend BUT... 2 months later desired date! Not the best outcome but still better than week days.
I totally can understand that hotels and MyDays could have some special arrangements. But why wouldn't MyDays write it in the booking conditions?! If they would, maybe my family would contact hotels directly and get a coupon from them and I wouldn't have this awful experience!
Short summary: if you want to make a gift to somebody, do them a favor and don't buy MyDays vouchers.
